I'm really happy with my experience with Superior, in summary these guys are knowledgeable and go the extra mile! In the first visit, post servicing the issue hadn't been resolved, however once the shop caught wind they reached out to me, collected the bike and made sure it was right at no extra cost. Overall I'm actually impressed with the job, as the bike feels better than new! I'm really happy as I've found a local bike shop I can trust - would fully recommend Superior to anyone now. Had a lovely chat about bikes for a good while after the service was done and they know their stuff! It's always good to see when people are so passionate about what they do, it definitely feeds into the quality of the service! Thanks again!

I had a fantastic experience at Superior Cycles Bolton. I brought my bike in for a fix on the brakes, and not only did they do an excellent job, but they also didn't charge me for the repair. Their kindness and top-notch service have definitely earned my loyalty. Highly recommend this shop for anyone looking for honest and skilled bike technicians!

I arrived at their shop at around 5 and I told them I wanted a brake wire for my scooter. They asked me the type and I showed them the handle. They happily and proudly served me a brake wire. But since I did not have any cash on me, they told me that I could take it for free. Thank you Superior Cycles Team.

The staff were very helpful when helping me choose a bike via the cycle to work scheme. I had some features that i wanted the bike to have. The staff listened carefully and managed to find what i wanted. Communication was really good, i was impressed with their knowledge and customer service. I will definitely be visiting the shop again for a future service and to purchase bikes or accessories.

Called in today with my sons bike and was dealt with quickly and professionally. They have some great stock and I'll be calling back to have the bike serviced and to purchase a helmet too! Definitely recommend.

Called in today to have a look at a few different brands of ebike in stock. I was more than impressed with the variety available, and the service offered was second to none. Very knowledgeable, and nothing was too much trouble. I was also asked if I would like to try any of the bikes out on a test ride, which helped. Although with so many excellent bikes to choose from it makes deciding which one very hard! Needless to say, once I have finally decided which one best fits my needs I will be straight back to place an order. Very highly recommended shop!! Well done guys.

Manager Martin Cairns let me borrow his own bike to try as I wasn’t sure as to wether an electric bike was something for me or not but I was completely blown away by the experience. As easy or difficult as you want the experience to be...Walking Mode or Turbo Mode and anything in between....Try one and Feel Free.

I would just like to thank Martin and team at E-bike Capital for my fantastic Himiway electric bike that I purchased today,and looking after me from the start definitely 5 star service.
