Nice big car park with plenty of spaces. disabled spots right by the door. It's a big store nice and bright. Wide variety of items in stock (seasonal) however finding your size can be a problem if the items have been on show for a while. We had an excuse to talk to a member of staff who was very helpful and guided us straight to what we were after. We had used the website before going, which is very responsive and gave us good ideas for when actually physically in store.

A wide range of clothing for the whole family at reasonable prices and set out in an easy way to navigate around the store. Homeware section too! Staff friendly and approachable if you need any assistance and someone always on hand at the tills to help. Self-service seems to be more prevalent but there is one manned till for people who prefer human interaction.

A great place to buy clothes and household goods at reasonable prices. The store is large with a great selection.

I cannot express how high the service was that myself and friend found yesterday. We were looking for a specific heel and colour shoe for a wedding outfit and every one of the staff couldn't of been more helpful. They went above and beyond! Within minutes of finding a perfect shoe and matching bag to unfortunately not having her size to next minute having an alternative style and her size in minutes. The mgr/assistant mgr asked to see the dress and then she was off round the store! Another assistant was in the back looking for anymore styles for my friend. Honestly well done to all the staff on Thursday 30/03/17 at the Bolton market place New Look. You made a lady smile and we both felt like you all were our personal shoppers! You were amazing! Thank you.

I dont shop in NewLook but my children do. My son had gone into the store with friends and somehow managed to drop his money. I rang the store to ask if anyone had handed the money in. The staff looked and said they had someone had handed it in earlier, they took my name, I collected later. I cant fault the staff and their honesty. Thanks to the person who handed it in and New Look Bolton dor returning it.

Fantastic customer service. Visited the mens store Friday 22nd and was served by a lady with blonde hair possibly the manager. Just sorry i didnt get her name as I was distracted by her genuine pleasant, polite and attentive manner. I hope this gets back to her... thank you.
