Went in today to get some puppy food for my new dog and what a lovely experience I had at the Bolton branch. Huge selection of food and toys and then the beautiful girl at the counter helped me figure out how best make use of the app to make the most of my vouchers. I’m looking forward to going back even if it’s just to get a heart warming smile from Elise, she has made me a loyal customer of pets at home. 5 stars every time.

A wintery Saturday at Boggart hole Clough a good place for us! as neither of us good ......it's the Arthritis but wrapped up and sticks out to help the legs , and off we go it was a nippy day ! Coffee & bun at the cafe ,our Nelly-girl loved it chasing away all the large Crows in the field ,

A feel good experience in store and a pleasure to see so many dogs shopping with their owners.

I've just been instore to get 6 GSD puppies vaccinated. I was dreading the whole thing, because you know 6 puppies, and they aint small. But the staff were super helpful, one girl even took time to come to the van and help load them back in, and took my trolley back so I didnt need to leave the puppies alone pretty sure she was on her break as well. They're a credit toyourbusiness. Top people's.

Good little pet shop, has a wide verity for pets. Prices are reasonable.. sells small pets and fish in store. Animals and living areas looked well kept.

Fabulous shop with a good selection. My dog is quite reactivate and nervous so I take him in regularly and the staff are amazing with him

We were out on a training session in Bolton with our canines and came across this amazing shop for pets. They have a wide range of pet supplies for all sizes, which was great as we have two large dogs and sometimes struggle to find a decent pet shop that supply accessories to our canines size. The staff were amazing, helpful and very warm and friendly. Great value too, and worth the travel from Manchester.

Great shop, great staff, great service, great resident dogs and cat, great selection, great prices. Nothing too much trouble. If they don't have what you want they'll always get it for you. Can't fault these guys.

Lovely people to talk to about pets and products, they always have time to help you out with anything.
