I have been going to Vida Loca Tattoo Studio since I was 18, when I got my first tattoo. It has always been an amazing atmosphere with the nicest staff I've seen, always going the extra mile, asking if I want the heater on or if I want anything from the shop whenever they go. The artists never fail to produce amazing works of art and I have to give a very special shout out to Aiden, who I have trusted to do every single one of my tattoos, he is so friendly and his attention to detail is immaculate. Beyond happy with every one! Definitely recommend this place for anyone interested in getting a tattoo.

Honestly cant recommended Aiden enough, I've had two pieces from him now and they've both been exceptionally well done and just what we wanted. Great studio, very clean, professional and everyone is lovely.

Absolutely amazing experience from start to finish. I had a personalised script tattoo and my daughter had her belly button pierced. Amazing results, lovely professional and kind staff would 100% highly recommend!

I’ve had my only two tattoos both with Daryl, once when The Painted Man was in Whitefield and recently at the new home in Bolton. Both tattoos were ones I’d wanted for a long time and were really personally meaningful to me. Daryl took the time on both occasions to understand my ideas, and explain accessibly what would work and what wouldn’t. He really puts me at ease and genuinely checks I’m doing okay throughout sessions. I have recommended him and The Painted Man to many people and I’m sure I’ll be back in the future .

Looking for a specific Tattoo I contacted another studio who wouldn’t take the work on , and others didn’t fill me with confidence, had seen the work of Daryl Healey over a few years. Messaged Daryl and after a few messages, decided he was the man, and booked in. Turned up and great communications and advised how he would tackle the work. Absolutely chuffed with the end result and would recommend highly to anyone.

Thank you so much, my first 'real' tattoo. Daryl designed it personal to me. it's a memorial for my mum and dad. He put me at ease throughout. A great experience. definitely will be back for more x.

Absolutely amazing job, gave Glen a few designs I had seen and he turned them into something better than I could have ever imagined. More than happy with the work done, and can’t wait to go back for my next one. Can’t recommend enough.

Great Ink done by Glen today, really professional top quality tattoo. Everyone really friendly and chatty making for a relaxed but professional atmosphere. Definitely recommend the numbing cream, first time I had used it, amazing!!!.Definitely be a back in April for the next one.

Amazing studio to be in, all the artists are easy to talk to and make you feel comfortable. I have been using 1st edition since the day it opened and had numerous tattoos done by resident artist Danny if I could rate 1st edition higher than 5 I would.
