First visit here to the Wobbly Wheels cafe attached to the shop, just catching up with friends. Really lovely staff. Nothing too much trouble. We had a few dietary requirements, which they were only to happy to accommodate. Very tasty, healthy breakfast. And the selection of cakes is good and tasty, (we took 2 flap jacks home with us). My husband is a cyclist, so went into the shop to druel at the bikes and see what accessories they had, was very impressed, he could have spent a fortune. When we're back in the area again, we'll be back to visit both.

Fantastic experience at the Wobbly Wheel cafe! Angela is very friendly and accommodating and the food is both good quality and cheap; the large breakfast (see picture below) was only £8! Would recommend to anyone who is staying in the area.

Perfect place to buy any bike. Only place to buy. Great service as always. Can test out as many as required to get the right bike. Recommend to everyone. Thanks you for all the bikes I've bought from you over the yeas.

I cannot thank Heather and the team enough! I phoned a few months in advanced to book, and on arrival they had a record of my booking request. Heather asked what my bike plans were and made great suggestions of items I hadn’t even thought of - and turns out I definitely couldn’t have done without! Drop off was super friendly too. The bike was perfect for what I needed. As a solo traveller it can be a little daunting but Heather & team were really reassuring that if I had any issues I can just call them. Thank you all, you made my holiday so so much more enjoyable than it already was.

I could have bought a bike on line but was a little apprehensive as I had not been on a bike for many years. The customer service I received from Evie and Heather was incredible, they gave me sound advice let me cycle a couple of bikes around the docks to see how I felt. I did not feel pressured into purchasing there and then, I went back after a few days and finally bought a gorgeous Ridgeback. First service free in a couple of months and I feel confident to return to them to get the best advice.

Very easy process to hire. Locks and helmets available. Value for money. Bikes excellent. Cycled from Exeter to Dawlish. Wonderful day out.

Came in today to look at buying some cycling shoes. I am very new to this type of cycling and was met with a wealth of knowledge from the member of staff who helped me as well as regular customers opinions on what works best for them. Really lovely team and very kind and helpful with my many questions as I had no clue what I was looking for. Will definitely be going back with my bike for tune up!

Just bought our fourth bike for our daughter's birthday with the team in central Exeter and Elliot was exceptional. Extensive professional knowledge, no pressure selling, and great customer service. Shout out to Andy as well who was also really helpful and both made it a fun experience. One happy little girl!

Very kind and welcoming atmosphere if you're unsure about anything. I popped in to get a pannier rack, they gave good advice about which one to get and fitted it super quickly for me. Thanks to Dominic for your patience!
