I was in need of a trendy shoe makeover including runners so I headed to Schuh Princess Hay. They had a good selection of Vans and an ok selection of sports shoes. I had checked out Sports Direct down the road - they probably have cheaper prices but they don't seem to carry much stock as all the shoes i wanted were out of stock and had to be ordered in. The other massive benefit of going to Schuh is they have plenty of staff to help you. I got served by Sophie who was helpful and probs did a few kilometres walking back and forth to the stockroom to get my selection right. All the staff were friendly, there's a decent selection for girls, boys, women, men and trendy casual that covers everybody. Park in the Princess Hays carpark as it's cheaper than street parking - don't bother not paying for your parking, Exeter parking enforcement are always roaming the streets. After your shoppung spree, wash it down with a caffeine hit from some of the local cafes in Princess Hay.

I ordered shoes from here online. They arrived and they are great. My partner is also this shop. Great quality shoes. It is very convenient that you can also pick them up from the shop if you are in the town centre.

Today we have had a very pleasant shopping trip. Hannah James who gave us a patient and professional service. Very happy customers. As we waited for Hannah to return from the storeroom a tall young colleague also engaged in knowledgeable product information. Well done team.

Booked online for granddaughter feet sizing and purchase of new pair of school shoes for the new school term, Booking made it so much easier as when we arrived it was very busy, We were seen too pretty much straight away, Good friendly service received Can't beat a better shoe and a proper fit Inc width than Clarke's, Dearer than the cheeper market competition but can't argue with product received, Again would highly recommend!

Good staff. Had to return a pair of shoes that were defective. No problem at all - honoured the guarantee and immediate refund. Thanks. Just updating 4 years after my last review. Buying shoes this time and still excellent service - great to see a team that still strives to give great service.

Nice range. Random shoe sizing that I didn't figure out - Letters added after the number/show size... 5E does any know that this means also, showed 4D as a size. Nicely laid out, plenty of space.

Absolutely outstanding service. Took my suede loafers in which had got very muddy at an event to ask for advice on cleaning them. Tom took them off my hands and worked on them for several hours, and did an amazing job getting them near perfect (which originally looked to be impossible considering the state they were in). He didn’t even want any payment for his work until I insisted. Some of the best customer service I’ve ever experienced, thank you Tom!
