I recently bought a new Vauxhall Corsa from Eden, and I have to say, the experience was absolutely top-tier thanks to Rhys. From start to finish, he made the entire process smooth and stress free. Rhys was professional, friendly, and really took the time to understand what I was looking for. He answered all my questions clearly, kept me updated every step of the way, and made sure I was comfortable with every detail before finalizing the deal. The Corsa is everything I wanted and more, and I genuinely feel like I got the perfect car for me. Rhys made sure it was prepped and ready in immaculate condition, and even went the extra mile to explain all the features before I drove off. Thanks again!!

Took vehicle in for a complicated repair that took a little longer than expected, but can't thank Eden enough, especially the wonderful Barbara who was personable and kept me updated throughout. She also ensured I had a complimentary courtesy car (that I didn't want to give back!!) to ensure I wasn't stuck. A better experience than most garages, that's for sure.

Very professional and welcoming staff , car had mot and service plus free clean , great price and great service and a special mention to Barbara brilliant as always, very helpful and friendly

I can't speak highly enough about Mercedes Benz in Exeter, especially Ellie and Jess who I dealt with. Both were professional, polite and more than anything, friendly. Guided me through my purchase at every stage and I didn't feel pressured at all. These ladies are a credit to the company, amazing.

A really good experience at Mercedes Benz of Exeter. Stephen answered all questions about my finance options and extra services on offer. At no point did I feel pressured to purchase and am now a very happy Mercedes customer.

Well, I went to post a new review and found that I hadn’t hit the “post” button on this one from June last year, so it will do instead!…… It is a 100 mile round trip for me to have my Vitara serviced by Tracks and, as always, on 4th June it was well worth it. Always treat my like a really valued customer. They really went the extra mile this time - I couldn’t believe it when I returned to my car not only to find it immaculately washed and cleaned inside, but they had also somehow managed to remove a horrible red paint scrape on the side of the car which someone had left whilst my car was parked months ago. I hadn’t managed to get the mark off in months of trying. I hadn’t asked them to do this - well done Tracks. It is so rare to be delighted like this.

It is always a pleasure to visit Tracks in Exeter. The staff are all so helpful and friendly. This was my first service after buying a Swift from them a year ago. We have the monthly payment plan and it was a nice surprise to hear that we had nothing to pay! Nice surprise also when we were told about the after-service guarantee. It was a lovely sunny day and so we took a walk along the Canal just a few minutes walk away.while we were waiting for the work to be completed.

Excellent carrying out annual service - pro-actively dealt with a minor recall issue. Friendly, helpful and professional staff.
