Jackie helped me today, jackie was most helpful, took the time to assist me in my decision, guided me through the next stages of purchase and was genuinely happy to give me the time I needed to ask questions, provide guidance and it is very rare these days to come across member of staff willing to take time to actually assist you!! Thank you Jackie.

We were immediately welcomed in to the Exeter showroom by Carl who explained the Sleepmatch process and got us started. He was very knowledgeable and guided us through the options, never pressurising us into a purchase and letting us make our own decisions Would definitely recommend.

Staff at Dreams Exeter were excellent! They offered me detailed information about mattresses and were super helpful and kind. I had a very positive experience.

Fantastic choice of beds,mattresses and headboards in all price ranges. I have purchased 3 beds from there, and frankly I wouldn't go anywhere else for choice and price!The staff are great, and available to help without being "pushy". I never feel pressure to buy when I'm browsing, and the staff encourage you to try out different mattresses in your own time, without anyone looking over you. It's all very relaxed. They sell bedroom furniture also, which is a bonus. Delivery is estimated upon purchase, and mine has always completed within the timescale given. All in all, I would definitely recommend the Devon Bed Centre.

We were so pleased to find this tucked away gem of a store. Friendly staff, Rick and Adrian, helpful but not pushy at all. A very good range of beds to try. We bought an mlily ortho mattress at an affordable price and it is the best we have ever had. We genuinely wish this privately owned store every success! And would highly recommend. Thank you for a good nights sleep and I love my new lamp I also found in there.

The Devon Bed Centre offers a wide choice of beds, mattresses and pillows, with a knowledgeable team on hand to help you. We had a fixed view of what we wanted in a new mattress, only to find that really wasn't for us! We were thrilled to find their recommendation being perfect. A few months later, we're still pleased with the mattress (and the pillows). Great store.

Fantastic service from start to finish. Very helpful and friendly in the store, also good advice on which mattress would best suit my needs. Delivery was on time and the delivery boys not only took away my old bed and mattress, they also put my new bed together. One very happy customer would Highly recommend.

Great selection of beds, mattresses, headboards and pillows at very competitive prices. Friendly and knowledgeable husband and wife owners who are happy to help and advise without pushing for a sale. The bed that I ordered was delivered the next day. They installed it, took away the packaging and the old mattress. Excellent customer service.

Fantastic service, would highly recommend,my bed base was all put together for me when delivered and the old taken away,will definitely be going to jpm in the future.
