My partner Clare and I recently had the pleasure of purchasing new bikes from Trek Cycling Shop in Gloucester through the Cycle to Work scheme. The team there was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable, guiding us through the entire process with ease. Their kindness and expertise were evident throughout our experience. Not only did they assist us in selecting the perfect bikes, but they also went above and beyond by building our bike rack and securely fixing it to our car. Nothing was too much trouble for them. A special thanks to Matt, our main point of contact, for his exceptional service. We also want to extend our gratitude to Steve and Maureen for their invaluable assistance. Just wanted to say a big thank you to the guys who helped me out last Friday when I popped into the shop. Their customer service was impeccable and they were friendly and knowledgeable. Will be back at some point for a newer bike. Highly recommend.

Excellent repairs from Matt and Steve in sorting out a clicking noise coming from my bike for the last month or so. Always a reasonably priced bill and great customer service. Highly recommend as the best bike shop in Gloucester.

Would never go to another bike shop! The team are super knowledgeable but also friendly and understanding - they will listen to you and choose the right bike for you, plus build up your confidence. The stock selection is really comprehensive but not overwhelming. The atmosphere is relaxed and happy. Great value for money but top quality products and service. Couldn’t recommend enough.

Went above and beyond to deliver excellent service and get us on our way quickly. Our old tandem was in a bad way, Jon and Brian worked out exactly what was needed and managed to squeeze us in so we were able to continue on our tour. Super happy to be back cycling, couldn't have done it without you, thanks!
