We went in 1 week before the children returned to school so it was extremely busy! We didn’t have an appointment but we were welcomed, feet measured and found our shoes. The staff were really helpful checking for shoes sizes and checking the shoes felt and fitted okay. It ran like a well oiled machine. Thank you to all the staff you have done an amazing job, especially with the traffic of people!

We visited the Gloucester Quays store today to purchase new shoes for my three children. We were offered guidance and the foot measuring service by Carly. She was very helpful, knowledgeable, and great with my children. The shoes are great quality and fit perfectly. We will definitely be returning to purchase more footwear.

My 9 year old grandson was measured for new school shoes, we found a pair he liked (at a price I liked!) and all was done within 10 minutes of arrival. Excellent!

Very good quality shoes at significantly lower prices than elsewhere (e.g. Clark's). Also much bigger range of shoes. Clark's shoes always seem to have some problem like rubbing my heel or being slightly uncomfortable but I have never had any such problem with shoezone. Would highly recommend.

Friendly staff and easy to find shop - plenty of choice and at reasonable prices - quiet the day I went as it was a Tuesday.

Very Helpful Staff indeed. Always willing to go downstairs to Check their Stock for you.! Best and Only Inexpensive Shoe Store in Gloucester.!
