I want to say a huge thank you to Harry for assisting us today. Harry is friendly, approachable, knowledgeable and just sincerely very nice to deal with. After he showed us a variety of ottoman bed bases that we were looking for, we couldn’t decide and instead of being pushy he just gave us some time to think about it. We went to a different store but we came back to Dreams and to Harry specifically as he’s just amazing ! Harry has fantastic people skills, is enthusiastic and genuine. Harry, thank you very very much for providing us such a wonderful experience . I will recommend the Gloucester branch of Dreams and especially Harry, to all my friends/ colleagues or acquaintances. I was extremely pleased with my visit to Dreams the assistant ,Jack was very knowledgeable and helpful asking all the right questions. There was no pressure at all to buy I was left by myself to consider the options discussed . The mattress, price, delivery and removal of old mattress were all satisfactory and together with a new mattress protector , i purchased a mattress great . Thank you.

I must congratulate Jack the manager at Dreams Gloucester who has gone above and beyond all my expectations while dealing with my purchase of a Tempur mattress. In particular the old mattress collection service that I had ordered and then cancelled and dealing with the refund so timely and effectively.

A great experience…I was welcomed almost immediately by Rob he asked me some questions and gave some great informative answers and left me to make my own choice but never to far away for any questions I might have After I made my choice the ordering process was very easy and hassle free I would highly recommend Benson for beds Gloucester.

A good experience from start to finish .In store staff were helpful and informative. The ongoing contact was excellent with links to customer service in case of problems.The delivery was flagged up with a two hour window and the driver called to say when he would arrive. The two men who delivered the mattress and took the old one away were friendly, efficient and took great care to respect my home. Altogether a very good experience.

I was seen immediately on arrival by a helpful, friendly and knowledgeable member of staff. There was no pressure on me to buy. He gave me helpful advice and we were able to quickly narrow down the bed, mattress and headboard that I required. It was good to be on the receiving end of some old fashioned customer service.

Ordered a double and single divan last Wednesday, changed the colors, added the extra drawers, nothing was too much trouble, they were delivered today, great communication, great price and can't believe the quality! Amazing service, won't hesitate to use them again and again.
