An excellent bike shop with friendly staff who are always happy to help. I purchased my first MTB (Mondraker Chaser) from these guys and they provided excellent help in finding me the right bike at a price I was happy with. On the day of collection there was an issue with the charge port which they fixed on the same day and even got the bike delivered to me so I didn't need to make another trip to the shop. A week or so after it was delivered I noticed the motor mounts creaking and again they offered to fix this within a day of me having told them about it. There are always teething issues with new bikes but the way Mitchell's have provided after sales support to rectify these goes above and beyond and I would not hesitate to buy many more bikes from them. I really can't recommend these guys enough and I am pleased to have such a good bike shop available locally.

Absolutely in love with this shop and the super helpful staff. My bike is being serviced and just bought a bike for my partner. Never expected such high end components and such a great price. Thanks very much! I had a load of parts in mind I thought needed replacing too as my carbon MTB is old now but was told which bits needed replacing ahead of booking it in and saved a load of money. You won't get this level of honestly anywhere else... Really pleased we came in.

Decent, honest, knowledgeable and friendly. Excellent experience here, served by Andy who did a great deal for us on a Kona and no hard sales push whatsoever. A world apart from the disinterested and frankly clueless staff at Halfords and Go Outdoors. Would completely recommend Mitchell's, start your bike search here and you won't need to go elsewhere.

Helpful and with good stock though they didn't have what I needed, but they were able to point me to their sister shop Mitchell who did have. Just revisited some months later and they're still super helpful. They were so kind friendly and understanding while we were trying to fit a new helmet on my autistic son.

5*. Had a frustrating front brake issue that I couldn't resolve. I dropped it in to Swindon Cycles when their current lead time was circa 6-days. Had a text the following day to say the bike was ready to collect as they had a spare moment to look at it.

Brilliant technical support and service. Helpful and friendly, always, and recently sorted out an urgent problem with my tyres just before a 100km sportive. Bike was serviced really well and ran like clockwork. Highly recommend for bikes, parts and service.

Great service on my electric cargo bike by the team here, including very reasonable prices on the necessary parts. Kept me up to date and honest about what needed doing. Will happy use again in future now I've found this place.

Went today to get a tube changed on an escooter. Mark was super helpful and it was done in no time at all. Great place with loads of parts, accessories and bikes. Super helpful as well.

Excellent customer service, went out with Mark for a good 20 minute test ride for the first time on a e bike. Plenty of good advice and information given. Ending up purchasing a bike. Recommended.
