Sophie and Rory once again have gone way beyond the expected norm. Explaining the different types of mattresses, fillings and springs and pockets. So many different display beds to try and with the ability to mix and match base, mattress and headboard. There was no rush, no pressure just honest information given that allowed us to choose what was right. Bed delivered 1 week after ordering. Delivery team were excellent and we are delighted with our new bed. Next time we need to buy a new bed, there's only one place we will be going.

Great experience at Swindon Bed Centre today. We went in looking for a new mattress, the staff were very knowledgeable and welcoming. They took the time to explain the different mattresses available and guided us to try lots of different options until we found the perfect one for us. Having seen a few beds we liked on the website we went to Swindon to try them out. We were met by Susan one of the friendly staff who showed us the beds we had seen. She kindly suggested we try them out which we did. Susan was very obliging in helping us to choose the right one so we placed an order. We were lucky enough to purchase the bed and extras at very good sale prices and we came out of the store very happy. We now await delivery and look forward to many good night sleeps!! This is the second time we have purchased a bed from Benson's for beds and would definitely recommend them to anyone.

Extremely friendly and helpful from the sale to drop off! They rang me prior to the delivery to update me on the hour it would be delivered, very friendly on the phone and my pregnant partner was at home when it was delivered, she said they were very nice guys and really helpful! They bought it into the house for her, couldnt rate the delivery experience higher! Top blokes! As for the mattress its best nights sleep weve had in ages.

Just had mattres delivered, turned up between time slot. Driver and mate very, very helpful. Took mattress upstairs and took all packing away with them. So much better, than the last company we had a bed from. Thank you.
