No pushy salespeople, we measured our daughters' feet ourselves as at a previous Clarks they measured her bigger than I knew she was. There are plenty of shoes to pick from. Found some school ones and was pleased to see they were only £34. I will definitely use outlet shop for shoes in the future as so much easier and quicker by miles!!

It is a good shoe shop, although the prices used to be much better. Well spaced out, there are plenty of places to sit and try shoes on. On this occasion, many shoes were just left all over the floor. Scan QR code at the till for an additional discount.

Some of the best customer service we have experienced in a long time. Despite being late on a Saturday, the staff were attentive, friendly, knowledgable and best of all knew how to speak to kids. Really impressed thank you.

The staff are all friendly, polite and helpful. I use a mobility scooter and can access the shop, along one side. However, it isn't so easy to exit. Though a member of staff, will always walk ahead of me and move any shelving, that may be an issue. Highly recommend this shop.

Fantastic customer service ! Extremely helpful. Easy to shop in as everything is laid out well and easy to navigate. Fab machine that coats your shoes with waterproofing and only for few extra pounds. We'll worth it. Can always rely in this shop to find the type of shoe your looking for.

One of the few bright lights in Swindon town centre. Always a good range of shoe types and styles available and very reasonable prices. Their sale offers were unbelievable and we picked up some great bargains. Would highly recommend.

Great shop and fantastic service. Took our granddaughter for new school shoes this week and we were well looked after. Interestingly when she was measured, she was one complete size larger than Clarke's had measured her in the Outlet centre. We will be going back to Blaylocks for our shoes in the future.

Wonderful, traditional family run shoe shop that does customer service the right way and a really nice top quality range of men's shoes. Picked up a great bargain on some Church's in their January sale and these are by far the nicest shoes I now own. Very satisfied customer
