This afternoon I took my 12 year old son to H Samuel to purchase a curb chain with birthday money. Natasha was extremely helpful, providing my son with purchase guidance. Having narrowed the selection to three chains, my son settled on a chain which suited him perfectly. He was so happy he insisted on wearing the chain. Natasha provided us with excellent service, ensuring my son’s first purchase of jewellery was an extra special memory.

Julie was very helpful and patient with me as the ring I was buying was replacing my wedding ring as they were now fulling off my finger, so I needed to feel it was the right ring, she was happy to keep getting different rings out and letting me try them on once or twice, so thank you it meant alot.

Incredible experience! Sally was the wonderful lady that pierced my ears, her attention to detail was great and I’m very thankful to have symmetrical piercings. Definitely will be coming here in the future, thank you again sally!

Went into F. Hinds in Swindon with a rough idea for an anniversary present for my partner. I was greeted by Julie who was friendly, personal and professional who helped me choose a necklace, and matching earnings for my partner. She was very very helpful and also took time to make conversation and ask which anniversary it was. Talked me through my options of damage and theft cover on my purchases leaving no details out. Big thank you to Julie you are a star!

Was shopping for jewellery for my wife. The staff member who attended to us was most helpful patient and knowledgeable. So pleased we called in and found her ideal choice of rings. Thanks five stars for Hinds.

Had seen a watch on Saturday in the window display but couldn't make tge decision as was not able to get through on the call with my husband. Called the branch and spoke to Tracey. She was extremely patient and helped me locate the watch and saved it for. Very happy with excellent customer service provided.

Popped in for an exchange this afternoon. Was greeted when I first came in and had shortly waited in line before being served by Georgia. Her service was outstanding and helped me exchange a bracelet that was small for my Nans Christmas present. She was quick to help to exchange the product for a larger sized bracelet and I’m overall happy with the kindness and care from her! Thanks Georgia!

I was really concerned about how the bracelet should sit on my wrist, worried it was abit too big after my boyfriend gifted it to me for Christmas. I went in and spoke to Amy, who was so helpful and explained how the bracelet should fit and she really put my mind at rest, they're not cheap so just wanted to make sure what I had was right. Lovely atmosphere. Lovely staff.

a huge thank you to Amy for helping us pick out beautiful rings that go together perfectly. we had never felt rushed and even went for coffee to decide, and came back and she brought out our exact selection we previously had! thank you Amy!
