Really glad I found this bike shop. I have used them twice now, recently to have Di2 fitted on two Cannondales. Alan did a great job of installing them and they work brilliantly. What I like about Plush Cycles is they listen to what you have to say and tell you your options and what it will cost. Their pricing is very reasonable. And a special mention for Alan, nothing is too much trouble for him and the communication while your bike is in the shop is excellent.

I have just had fantastic service from the team at Plush Hill Cycles. They rebuilt my crash damaged bike offering key advice on repairs and potential upgrades. The cost was very reasonable and communications excellent which was well appreciated as I was overseas during the rebuild process. Please support this local bike shop as they provide a personal service that online outlets just can’t!

Really happy with a service, they did a great job adjusting my bike gears, and servicing it for me before season, took them one hour to check everything which I've asked for, gave me an advice on what to keep an eye on, and what upgrade options I have for my bike in a future, will be back for further service when needed.

Bought my eldest sons old bike in for essentially an MOT so my youngest could use it and so pleased. Breaks tightened, handlebar repaired and generally all so much better and done in 24 hours. My youngest is absolutely thrilled with his “new” bike. Really pleased!

Very helpful and amazing service. Got a bike online for my daughters birthday and it arrived broken. Took it down and Perry’s fixed it for her the same day. Very helpful and reasonably priced.

I took my bicycle to be serviced at Halfords in Telford because it had been in the shed unused for a while. The repair team at Halfords were very helpful. They replaced my break wires, tyres and tubes and gave the bike an all over check. It was refreshing to receive excellent customer service in a world where often shop assistants don’t care. Thank you and Well done Halfords.

Had front and rear dashcam fitted to my car by Joe ! Extremely good service and provided me with expert explanations on how to operate my new product ! Very grateful to him and Halfords for an excellent customer service ! Thank you .
