Went into telford pandora today and had the most amazing experience. i was shopping for a birthday present for my mom who is very poorley at the moment, it was an emotional shopping trip for me. i got served by the store manager i didnt catch her name due to talking for ages. she was very patient and caring, she took her time with me to find out my perfect gift. i did end up spending a lot more than i had planned but i couldnt be happier. amazing service so a big thank you to telford pandora today.

This place is so lovely! Great customer service! Tiah, a member of staff there was really helpful when helping me try to find a bracelet for my mum. The whole atmosphere is amazing and I would definitely recommend it to others.

gorgeous store and gorgeous girls. i couldnt be happier with my purchase. customer service was outstanding and i felt so welcomed. definitely will be back again soon.

Came into H.S jewels on a rainy day and asked if I could have my chain shined. Toni and Charlotte went above and beyond and did an amazing job. Thanks again Charlotte and Toni!!!

Went to the store on 10/7/25 looking for a particular watch. They searched online and contacted other stores but to no avail. It was a hard to find special edition watch. However the girls then asked if I had an alternative watch in mind. Again they searched for this watch in the same way. Even did a price match. They found it. I was extremely impressed with Emily and Sue. Their customer service was second to none, they went above and beyond my expectations and I came away with an even better watch. Emily and Sue sparkled. By far the best diamonds in the store.

We visited Telford branch to look for my wedding ring... we were served by two wonderful women Pam & Sue. There customer service was out of this world absolutely wonderful couldn't do enough for us and helped me find my perfect ring. Thank you so much for your help without you both I wouldn't have found such a beautiful ring.

Went in to collect our wedding rings and the groom's ring was slightly too large when worn. Janine couldn't have been more helpful in sourcing a smaller size. She rang another store to see if they had one in and eventually successfully resolved the situation. Janine was so polite, courteous and professional and really helped in every way she could. Thank you to her, Simon and all the team. Highly recommend their store!

Went in to buy our wedding rings yesterday and we can not thank Simon enough, he really was amazing. His help, advice and understanding was brilliant, there was no pressure to buy and we were given plenty of time to make our decisions with no pressure put on us at any time to buy anything or rush a decision. Thank you so much Simon we were really given a first class service.

Great selection of rings to choose from and a great deal. Emma was an amazing help recommending my purchase. Very friendly and helpful, excellent customer service.
