I recently bought a dining table from Furniture Village, and the experience was fantastic. Jayne in the Telford store was amazing—she welcomed us with drinks and freshly made cookies, making us feel right at home. She, along with the rest of the staff, gave practical advice without any pressure to buy. There was a great selection of furniture at competitive prices, and Jayne even prepared a price list for the items we liked. Overall, a great experience with excellent service from the entire team, and we’re very happy with our purchase!

Jane at telford furniture village was extremely helpful when we had a problem with the motor on our bed and got in touch with the supplier for a replacement and arranged a fitter to do the job and that was for an 8 year old bed!

We received very good customer service and advice from sales consultant, Jayne S. Very good selection of furniture in store. Well worth a visit.

Just wanted to say a massive thank you to Josh at Trio for the most excellent customer service. We were given time to ourselves wonder round to look at mattresses before being approached. Josh was very professional he was very knowledgeable and all products and able to provide good advice even on offers and deals available. After making a error purchasing a double bed with headboard and mattress online Josh understood our dilemma and gave us a fantastic offer with not just a mattress but also a divan bed and headboard. Later that evening I had a call personally from Josh apologising regarding a issue with the original mattress and as a good will gesture upgraded us with a even more supreme mattress to say I'm over the moon is a understatement. I've never had a bad experience at Trio. I have purchased other furniture also carpets in the past which were all value for money and excellent quality. Thank you Josh.

A family business that supplied me with a quality headboard and base. Two weeks wait after ordering. Two delivery guys were caring with putting the bed in place and look forward to trying it tonight. We'll packaged in transit but the packaging was left for us to dispose. Luckily the bin men were due today.

Excellent customer service and a good choice of furniture. It’s all returned items or damaged furniture so be aware of what you buy as it’s probably got a defect or two. It may have been an item on display in a busy store at some point. If you’re a canny DIYer or woodworker you will probably be able to fix everything for little cost or know of a specialist who can fix. They sell coffee tables, units, bookcases, leather sofas, material sofas, oak beds etc.

Great place. Really quality furniture at discounted prices. Very happy with my Romsey wardrobe. Special thanks to Aman for taking the time to show me the different triple wardrobes available. Helped load the van and provided blankets to help wrap the wardrobe. Arrived safely to my home. Wish he could have help unload the van too. Great all round team. Top quality products.
