Both ladies were fantastic and very attentive to my mum's needs. After a trying on session and several walks around the shop. My mum came out with 3 pairs of shoes and a pair of boots!. Staff are so helpful here, especially trying to find sensible school shoes for my kids with the impossible requirements set by our school uniform list. Recommended to anyone with school aged kids to get decent shoes at a competitive price that don't fall apart in 5 minutes play time.

I came into the shop today to purchase my son some school trainers while paying the shop assistant noticed my son wasn't keen on noise she's advised me about some noise defending ear plugs. 30 mins later I entered with my Daughter she also struggles and becomes quite stressed so she handed her a furry key ring as a distraction,I didn't need to say both my children had learning disabilities she read both of them and was very kind and having to make 2 trips in the same day and have someone make your visits easier really helped.
