I’ve been after a wtp pathfinder in the lilac colourway for over a year but couldn’t get hold of one then as if buy magic ALANS have one in the size I wanted so I purchased it with some other various other parts to compliment the build it all came next day and may I add in the best warehouse packing ive ever received all neat and tidy! all the staff are kind and know there stuff and are very very helpful!! Especially TOBY!! I would recommend Alan’s to all my friends 100% Thank you ALL at Alan’s for my amazing frame and parts! Very kind regards adrian.

This place is a bmx Mecca . Rider run and owed. The Toby, Adam and the guys have years of experience and loads of parts and bikes in stock. Iv had 2 complete custom builds from Alans’s built by adam who is fantastic. They always fit me in for tweaks , repairs and upgrades and just spending an hour in the shop is a great experience in its self. Honesty one of the last places of its kind. Get on their website or instagram and check them out… Alans’s all the way.

Alan's had exactly what I was looking for with my BMX build and was competitively priced (which to be honest made no real difference to the purchasing decision and was just a bit of a bonus). Quick delivery with no hassle so thanks for helping out.

I am really impressed with this company. I ordered a bike for my son it was out of stock , they kept in contact and helped me find a different one , they asked what size he was and made sure the frame was suitable. They replied within minutes each time and gave an excellent service I couldn’t fault. The delivery was a few days later which was excellent and I was continually kept informed when it would be hand delivered. You can’t beat this experience and how they have handled it . My son is very happy.

Ordered a new stem, stock was expected within 7 days however I received an email saying the stock had been delayed almost a month, so I replied to the email. I received a phonecall within minutes explaining the situation very well and I ended up with a full refund. Customer care was amazing and couldn't rate them higher!

The dispatched and delivery was fast and the bike itself is outstanding quality BUT there is a missing bolt wherein I can not use it until they send me that part.. gutted n disappointed as I'm eager to use it as soon as I've ordered. Until now awaiting for that bolt part.

Just been into have a look at a few bikes and was warmly welcomed by Matt and also assisted by Ian. Both very helpful and knowledgeable and helped me find the bike that's best for me and sort out other bits I needed. Both lads a credit to evans cycles. Happy to recommend to anybody as the customer service was second to none. Look forward to my next purchase.

Bought a bike for my wife and was so impressed with the service that I’ve been back and bought myself one. Ian, the assistant manager and his team were knowledgeable, really friendly, in no way pushing for a sale, helpful and accommodating with the dozens of questions I asked. From purchase to riding was about half an hour. Absolutely top drawer service and experience from start to finish. We could not recommend highly enough.

Bought a Ribble bike two weeks ago, bike is awesome but had an issue after 2nd ride. Ribble offered a 30day turn around and I had to get it to Clitheroe. Spoke to Matt at Evans In wigan. He was really helpful. Repaired my bike same day. Very impressed. Would recommend.and defo will go back if any issues.
