Fantastic experience. On arrival at the store my wife and I were greeted by Lisa, the store manager. My wife and I were offered drinks as it was quite warm and then asked what we were looking for. After discussing and looking at a few options, Lisa sorted out a fantastic deal for my wife and I, far exceeding our expectations. We were very satisfied with the service provided and over the moon with our purchase. We would definitely recommend S.C.S Wigan to anyone looking for a great deal and a wonderful shopping experience.

Had a really positive experience here looking for some furniture and sofa. Lisa the manager and Liz couldn’t help us enough. Felt really relaxed, at home under no pressure and bought what we wanted at reasonable prices. It’s a great store with fantastic items. Excited to see the new range that’s coming in too as my nephew needs furnture for his house so will be back.

We were given time and space to look around the store. The sales staff were friendly and helpful and not at all pushy. They were able to answer all our questions, give advice and then left us to make our decision. We made a purchase for a very competitive price. It was an entirely stress free experience.

What can I say, an absolute pleasure to deal.with. The sales process was very straight forward with quick delivery and an excellent installation of my new furniture. 2 years later I needed to move my wardrobes to access the radiator and even though I've had my products for 2 years they offered to send out the fitting team to take the doors off and move the item then return the following day to put everything back. All that and they refused to charge. I must say after spending 30+ years as a Retail Manager for some major companies,this is THE BEST customer service I have ever encountered. Well done to everyone at The Bedroom Shop. A credit to the retail industry and I can't recommend highly enough.
