What can I say, an absolute pleasure to deal.with. The sales process was very straight forward with quick delivery and an excellent installation of my new furniture. 2 years later I needed to move my wardrobes to access the radiator and even though I've had my products for 2 years they offered to send out the fitting team to take the doors off and move the item then return the following day to put everything back. All that and they refused to charge. I must say after spending 30+ years as a Retail Manager for some major companies,this is THE BEST customer service I have ever encountered. Well done to everyone at The Bedroom Shop. A credit to the retail industry and I can't recommend highly enough.

From the start of the process to getting our bed delivered we have had excellent ,professional service from Dreamers. The staff have been so friendly, helpful and supportive from start to finish, nothing has been too much trouble for any of them . The delivery team, Brian and Ryan did a first class job in putting the bed together and explaining how to look after the mattress etc. They worked quickly and efficiently, tidying all the plastic coverings up which they took away for disposal along with the old mattress .Thankyou to you all for all you have helped us with, we are thrilled with the purchase and can recommend your business ,it's certainly first class .

Highly recommended - the staff were helpful but not at all pushy. The showroom is well stocked, clean and bright. The assistant showed me 3 options with prices for a single divan bed which would suit my needs which were spot on. I am very happy with the whole experience - well done Dreamers.
