Lovely experience, all the staff were friendly and professional from start to finish, and even though it was drawing close to closing time one staff member took time and patience to help us find the right fit of harness for our dog, thankyou.

Really spruced up the store. Staff are very approachable. The guy that served me was a total gent and absolute gem. Some of the range seems to have reduced during the rejig. But click and collect sorts that out.

Received some really helpful advice on alternative dog food from the store assistant. Great service.

Absolutely fantastic place. Our dog Charlie loves going and is always nice and chilled out after a fun day with his friends. The staff are all very knowledgeable and friendly and great with the dogs so I always know he’s in good hands. The pictures and video updates are lovely to see as well. Highly recommend!

Excellent doggy day care facility, would defo recommend to anyone needing day time care for their dogs. Reasonably priced and they do scent work, grooming etc . My doggy always comes home happy and tired.

Brian has attended Paws for years and absolutely loves it. Staff are very happy, helpful and dog loving people.

Went in for some advice and the lady was brilliant. She could have told us we needed to buy a b and c but didn’t, she helped us get the exact things we needed at the best price. I’d really recommend using Appleton Exotics. Also the animals in there are amazing!

We bought a blue and gold macaw from this shop. Terry, the owner, is very experienced and friendly, and was more than happy to answer all of our questions. The animals are well looked after. Our macaw is very healthy and super tame!! Would definitely recommend.

Knowledgeable and friendly with a great assortment of exotic pets. Terry has helped my partner with choosing the perfect new reptile to add to her collection. I think we're settled on a Royal Python.
