SALTHOUSE PET BOARDING REVIEWS

First time visiting with my pup and daughters pup. Lovely field to allow dogs a good run around and to practice recall. Separate walkway in and out of the field, shelter to sit in, and a bench in the middle of the field. Water and bowls provided and some toys, also a small agility course. The only small issue we encountered was when we arrived at our time slot, there was someone still in the field with two dogs. He did apologise and said he didn't think anyone else was coming, but we then had to wait while he caught his dogs and got them on their leads. The dogs were barking at our pups a lot during all of this, and while they walked from the field. Luckily, ours weren't phased, but it could have been a different story for a nervous dog. These kinds of places always ask you to leave promptly at the end of your session, and I think this should be adhered to for safety reasons. It hasn't put us off though, we will definitely visit again.

Really lovely, clean, air conditioned place for my dogs. We rang at very short notice for availability for 3 days ( family funeral) and we got in. They moved things around to accommodate us. Lovely place, lovely staff and our 'girls' loved it. Massive thanks to Salthouse kennels. Definitely be going back.

So pleased we chose to board Sirius at Salthouse. Exceptional staff, pristine kennels, outdoor & indoor exercising areas, updates & photos daily, which really helped put my mind at ease. Would not board him anywhere else. Thank you so much for looking after our furbaby.

Can't thank the staff enough helping us out in a difficult situation. We needed a safe space for our princess as we had to unexpectedly travel to Germany to attend my dad's funeral. It was a real weight of our shoulders knowing she is taken care off and her dietary requirements are taken care off. The enthusiasm I was greeted with this morning when picking my baby up says it all. One happy boxer mum and boxer princess. Defo will be back and highly recommend.

This is the second time that Blakeley farm have had my dog Whitney. In all I find them very trustworthy and Whitney comes back home very settled. I was worried the first time I left her, but I know now that she is well looked after. Thank you to all the staff involved we will definitely pick you as Whitney’s second home.

Just picked our cat up was such an easy process. Pictures were sent while we were away if requested. Pens were clean and luna has settled back into home very quickly. Would definitely recommend and would definitely use again 100%

When you collect your beloved pets after a vacation, although happy to see you on arrival but your dogs have no real desire to come home, I think it says everything about this place. Take no notice of the negative reviews - utter nonsense! The guys at Eardley Hall Kennels are top notch and I cannot recommend them highly enough! Very happy with their service and with the treatment of my two dogs, both were very happy and clearly well looked after during our vacation and I would not hesitate to use Eardley Hall Kennels during my next vacation. 5 stars is not enough!!!! Thanks guys

We’ve been using Eardley Hall kennels for over 15yrs. I wouldn’t take my dogs anywhere else. They are so attentive and caring and we’ve built up a great rapport with Tim & Steve. They’re friendly, approachable and we always feel reassured dropping Mabel off, knowing she’s safe, warm and cared for. Thank you.

Absolutely wouldn't go anywhere else, Eardley Hall have been fantastic when my 8 dogs stayed with them. It was our first time using Eardley Hall, they got to know my dogs individually and their care was exceptional. Very knowledgeable and put a very anxious dog mum at ease, honestly can't thank the team enough.
