New client here! First time visiting a salon since I moved to the UK and I was quite anxious about getting my hair done since I’ve always done them at home or DIY. However, the staffs were extremely friendly and helpful and I couldn’t ask for better. My hair stylist seemed very professional at what she does and the session ended faster than I expected. Super happy with the result!! Thank you again.

I started coming to this salon after I felt my hair had been ruined by a process of bleaching it after so many years but still wanted to keep my blonde, Kirsty has been doing it and my hair now feels very healthy whilst still keeping the colour I wanted. I am always so pleased with the results after leaving. The staff are all lovely and welcoming and give a brilliant professional service.

Definitely the best hairdressers in stoke. I have used this hairdressers for a few years now and these ladies are the only ones I would trust with my hair, they are so passionate about what they do, and are honest if they don’t think something would be a good idea. My hair always turns out beautiful, and I always go in and come out feeling extremely confident! The last 2 pictures are yesterdays project and I’m in love! Thank you all so much.

Today i visited the salon for the first time. It was welcoming and I felt at ease and very comfortable The consultation was excellent. The owner Aileen. Cut my hair exactlly how id asked. The hospitality and service of this salon was 10/10. I will recommend to family and friends. Thank you so much. A very relaxing experience.

Absolutely love this place. All the girls are so friendly and welcoming and do an amazing job of mine and my daughters hair. You are only ever leaving here with the best hair. My daughter always leaves here beaming as she is so happy with her hair every time. I am so glad I found this hairdressers almost a year ago.

My daughter treated me to a hair cut. As I have proper affro hair, I'm funny about a hairdresser touching it, had been a hairdresser in 10 years. The staff were brilliant, they didn't skull drag my head, they were experienced in handling my type of hair. Would highly recommend.

I always love my colour, cut and finish. Rachel is always professional, the various shades she achieves in my naturally very dark hair are beautiful. I searched for a hairdressers who specialise in colouring hair after having disappointing results elsewhere. I always get lots of lovely compliments about my hair colour and they frequently ask which hairdressers I go to. I wouldn’t go anywhere else. It’s a lovely experience every time you visit the salon. I couldn’t recommend Rachel enough.

Absolutely amazing hair salon. Hayley is the best, she always knows exactly what to do, being a gal that loves bright colours Hayley always makes my hair look and feel amazing. I’ve been going to this salon around 10 months and honestly best decision I’ve ever made!

I get my hair, eyebrows, nails and lashes done here and I’ve never had a bad experience. The staff are super lovely and professional and really knowledgeable about the services they provide, so you get a really high standard service very time. I would recommend both the beauty room and hair salon to anyone in Stoke on Trent. Really reasonably priced and super high quality. Love, love, love !!!
