RACHAEL’S BEAUTY ROOM REVIEWS

I highly recommend Rachael's Beauty Room. I have been going for several years now and the salon is very professional and welcoming. Recently my granddaughter had several treatments in preparation for her High School Prom and a particular mention must go to Willow who did an amazing job of my granddaughter's nails and makeup.

What a wonderful afternoon celebrating a friend's birthday! I enjoyed a luxury pedicure. It was a fantastic experience and great value. My feet were transformed! Rachel and the team were so welcoming and couldn't have done any more to make our afternoon any more perfect. Would highly recommend. Thank you!

Can always count on Rachael to do a great job whatever you book in for - I always go here for waxing and my nails. I wouldn't go anywhere else. She's lovely to be around as well.

I booked for a detoxing/ slimming wrap and Reiki. The delightful Jasmin looked after me. Together with her colleague who's name I cannot recall (but she has lost 5 stone this year..looks great so well done to you!). Anyway they made me feel great, I am a big girl so sometimes you can feel intimidated in this environment. Not here, Jasmin was a joy and I may not be a size 10 yet (lol) but I feel fantastic. The Reiki did the trick for me too. I was taken to a different floor from the Spa itself and the room's ambience was very relaxing. All in all for me it's worth another trip back to Stoke. I would recommend JasminOlivia.Thank you Jasmin for a fab day ,the beauty advice and for generally making me feel special .

Wow! Mollie gave me a loyalty card and said “if you decide to come back”. It’s not if, it’s when! Mollie was so friendly, chatting and putting me at ease from the moment she met me. I got home & booked in again!

Had a lovely Luxury Massage today at the Hideout, which was my first visit to the salon. More than accommodating even though I was late! Very relaxing experience, beautiful treatment would highly recommend.

Lovely pedicure with shellac polish done today. I was treated amazingly well - fantastic customer service. I have been visiting this salon for years and always very happy with the treatments received. Very relaxing. Friendly staff and they listen and advise. Came out feeling very chilled after a stressful few weeks and my feet look and feel amazing. Just need some sun now to show them off in sandals and flip flops! The foot and leg massage were just divine. Reasonable price too. Thank you and see you soon.

I have been using The Beauty Loung service since 2019. I must say all the staff girls (few names are Uzama, Soni,Tia and Happy) are highly trained as i have never had any dosappointments.I would recomend this salon yo my friends and family. I always leave the salon with big smile thats how satisfactorey amazing girls'service is.

I regularly come to beauty lounge for my Eyebrows have been for years now but first time had a facial. I had a relaxed 1 hour facial plus neck massage with Happy she welcomed me really well and made me feel comfortable worth the price will be definitely getting a facial done from Beauty Lounge again.
