Fantastic staff and great experience! We got free parking and late checkout till 2pm as we were holiday inn members (free to join)! The room was clean and comfortable. We stayed in a standard double. The breakfast lovely and a great touch that we are able to bring up to our room- as a lot of other hotels are so fussy about that. Honestly the staff were so friendly it made it great. Only slightly negative was the water pressure but that wasn’t a huge deal, as main thing for me is that bathroom was clean and a good size. Will definitely return when we are going Alton towers next. Again to mention the staff- the front desk staff look so happy to be there. Which is a huge change to usual reception at other places who look miserable. They were always laughing and happy to help. Great atmosphere :)

The place was fantastic. Definitely stay agin. Staff were amazing, very friendly. Rooms are getting on but still clean and functional. Breakfast was premo close to the main roads but the glazing means you don't hear it at all. Easy location to everywhere. Recommended

I attended a conference at the DoubleTree by Hilton Stoke-on-Trent and found it to be a comfortable and efficient experience. The hotel provided modern meeting facilities, including well-equipped conference rooms with ample natural light. The team were professional and attentive, ensuring our event ran smoothly. Additionally, the on-site catering is a good quality, with a variety of options to suit different needs. The location was convenient, with easy access to major transport links. Overall, it was a great choice for the event, combining functionality with the signature DoubleTree hospitality.

We had the family room which was a fantastic size for us and had all the room we could need. Typical service from DoubleTree hotels which is always great. The breakfast was a standard affair and we ate in the restaurant in the evenings - food was all really good to be fair. In a perfect location for us, easy to park. Would definitely visit again if in this region!

Had a cracking overnight stay with my 2 sons ahead of a day trip to Waterworld, we had a lovely stay! Staff and service were great, rooms great, atmosphere and cleanliness were brilliant, pool was a lovely bonus, we had a tasty evening meal and delicious breakfast too so would definitely come back.

PREMIER INN STOKE/TRENTHAM GARDENS HOTEL REVIEWS

I recently stayed here with my grandson during school holidays as I was taking him to Alton towers. Our room was lovely and clean and bright, beds very comfortable as always at any Premier Inn I've stayed at. We ate in the Thyme restaurant which is my favourite of the whitbread restaurants, breakfast and dinner were both great, my grandson always loves a Premier Inn breakfast because he can eat as much as he likes. The staff we're very friendly and helpful, Kelly the manager had a lovely chat with my chatterbox grandson and made us feel very welcome. We would definitely stay here again.

Very good Premier Inn slightly better than other chain hotels that I have stayed in. Interesting bathroom with a big shower that you can sit in! Very comfortable rooms. A nice bar area and breakfast was very good. Staff are busy but very attentive. Nearby there's the Trentham Gardens shops and estate also a Frankie and Benny's and a quite upmarket restaurant but within easy walking distance is a Harvester.

Ideal location for us as we attended a concert at Trentham Gardens. The room was the usual standard for Premier Inn so no complaints. Great breakfast crew who were all very friendly and efficient. Tasty breakfast as well.
