TOP 3 THE SPREAD EAGLE REVIEWS

Never had a bad meal here! Very nice decor, good and service and dog friendly too. The food was faultless and there's lots of choice on the standard and specials menu. The desserts were a highlight too and there's lots of choice on there too for the sweet tooths amongst your party. A few of us had the steak and ale pie and it was really nice, lots of filling and a large hearty portion. We'll be back soon. Parking: Loads of parking with great views of the Ribble Valley.

Lovely experience! Lovely food! Lovely staff! We were served by Leam who was fantastic and very friendly. The food was delicious, would definitely come back again. Also the views in the outdoor area were beautiful!

The food here is of the very finest quality. I chose the lamb which just fell apart and was succulent. Mum had chicken leek and ham pie with a tarragon sauce. Just fantastic a very easy strong recommendation.

Great food, plenty of choices and a lovely atmosphere. Lots of parking and dog friendly. The staff are really pleasant and welcoming and take care over allergies. Definitely worth a repeat visit!!

Very friendly staff, came with a friend and we both had the steak sandwich, excellent quality and great value. Would happily come again.

Been here a few times and never had a bad meal. This visit, service by Amy was good, friendly and with a smile, she carried the drinks to the table too which was nice. Had the carvery for lunch, meat was delicious and good selection of vegetables. The dining area road side was s little chilly but not enough to give a negative review.

We have just been to Old Mother Redcap Hotel for the carvery. It was really lovely. The meat was beautiful and tender. Lovely and clean inside and we will come again soon. Kid-friendliness: Yes kid friendly also. Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair friendly inside.

Marcus served us up a great take away breakfast today. Took it for 2 others and they said best full English they'd had in a long time. Fresh eggs and fried bread went on top.
