I recently visited Toby Carvery Bessacarr and had an outstanding dining experience. The ambiance was warm and inviting, perfect for a family meal or a casual night out. The carvery was exceptional, with a wide variety of meats cooked to perfection and an array of delicious sides and fresh vegetables. The roast beef was tender and flavorful, and the gravy was rich and savory. The staff were friendly and attentive, ensuring our drinks were always filled. Brad was particularly helpful in helping me find a taxi to our next destination. The dessert selection was equally impressive, offering classic favorites and some delightful surprises. Overall, the restaurant exceeded my expectations with its quality food, excellent service, and welcoming atmosphere. I highly recommend it for anyone looking for a hearty and satisfying meal. Will definitely be returning soon!

Recently visited with my partner for the second time. Both had prawn cocktail for starters which was excellent although not hard starter to get right I have been disappointed at other restaurants. We both then had the carvery I had the turkey and gammon and my partner had beef and pork we both agreed that the meals and trimmings were lovely. Also special mention to Abbie a young lady who took our drinks order all I can say service with a lovely smile and a friendly but professional interaction.

Toby carvery is my favorite! I visited this toby carvery with my family last Sunday, and every dish we tried was delicious and prepared to perfection. I can't say enough about the excellent customer service our server Abbie provided. My experience with her was exceptional, she went the extra mile to make sure I had a great time. I was very impressed would definitely go again.

CHESWOLD LODGE BREWERS FAYRE REVIEWS

I went here with my family we booked a table for 7 and was sat before 7. The food came out a bit late but there was only 2 amazing and sweet girls who were working there butt's off and did not deserve what a table across for us said to them. They were sweet and told us that they we sorry for any inconvenience that was brought to us. I told them that it was fine. The place is amazing and the 2 girls that worked there were even better. The only problem was they need to employee more staff to help out.

Super manager and staff. Immediately asked if we had any allergies or dietary requirements. Exceptionally clean in main areas and ladies toilets. Food came out in good time, sirloin steak and salad first class, drinks cold and sparkling. Waiting staff cleared table quickly and asked if we wanted anything else. All in all a great visit. Well done Cheswold !

Had a lovely weekday lunch today…each meal was cooked to perfection, and the menu had a great selection to suit all tastes. Sally and Mel couldn’t have been more helpful and accommodating. The toddlers soft play area was clean and tidy & enjoyed by Tabitha the two year old. Overall an extremely enjoyable experience. Will definitely recommend and return!

Had a lovely breakfast this morning, after a lovely night in the Premier Inn. Bernie served us, she was very friendly and helpful, and when she found out it was my friends birthday, she organised a slice of cake with a candle, and sung happy birthday to her, very lovely thought, thank you Bernie!! Xx Very happy customer and would love to eat here again.

Everyone was really happy smiling and helpful which made us feel really welcomed. The food was all spot on 3 courses and would look to go back there for a neap again soon. Thank you.

Excellent service yet again by Tiff and Bernie today so lovely to always receive a pleasant and happy welcome. Nothing is too much trouble ! !
