Thank you to Nicola and the team who made us feel so welcome and looked after us at breakfast during our recent 4 night stay. We had the most wonderful time and our breakfast every morning was the best way to start the day. Food was tasty and hot and we had everything we could have wanted. Nicola is a credit to your restaurant, customer service at its very best. Thank you.

Thought we'd pop in for something to eat whilst out for a walk. The food was wonderful and the staff were very friendly and helpful. I will definitely be going back really soon.

Excellent value for money. Fantastic service. Mathew our waiter and barman went above and beyond. Lovely location. Will definitely be back.

Gorgeous food and a great restaurant. I would have taken photos of the food but it was so appetising and delicious that I forgot!! We ordered a few starters to share and they were phenomenal. Would absolutely come back for more. The mussels were cooked well and the sauce complimented everything including our crab croquettes. Everything we had was good value for money and worth it.

Booked in for Sunday lunch 2 of us had the lamb 1 had beef and 1 had pork everything on the plate was cooked to perfection it was absolutely delicious and the service is great they can't do enough for you. We will definitely be returning xx.

Came for a Sunday roast as a group of 10 adults & 2 babies, 10/10. Service was great and food was amazing. All said its the best roast we've had in a long time!

POACHERS RESTAURANT REVIEWS

For me, this is a 'must visit' restaurant when I am in NW Wales and we visited it again last week for a few meals. You need to book if you want a table on Fridays or Saturdays otherwise you may be disappointed because it is a very popular restuarant. The restaurant ambience is warm and welcoming and Jill and her team are friendly and helpful, being attentive but not intrusive. The food is excellent and has been for the 5+ years I have been visiting. The slow cooked Welsh black beef and the black beef pancakes are very good indeed but then so are all the other dishes on the menu. The wine list is good too and reasonably priced. I know I will visit again the next time I am in that area.

The food is excellent quality, locally sourced, freshly cooked and tasty. There is plenty of space between tables. Friendly and polite service. Each persons food for each course came out together for our party of 4 in a timely manner without being rushed. If it wasn't our last night in Criccieth we would definitely have booked again. Tables book up fast so don't leave it until the last minute, you won't be disappointed!

Delicious meal cooked perfectly, fish medley and pork medallions. Desserts excellent, chocolate torte and bread and butter pudding ( as light as a feather)! Perfect.
