A very warm greeting within a minute of entering. We had not got a booking and they were able to sort out us a table efficiently. Quick turn around on tables, they wipe, clear away and reset promptly. Straight to the carvery, even the Vegetarian option, I was able to go up and grab the veg before my main was brought to my table. Kept the flow going and I was able to be a part of my family group whilst they were getting their carvery. Roast lamb, pork, gammon, turkey and beef were on offer. Very tender and well cooked meat. Gorgeous, large fluffy yorkies. A nice selection of vegetables too. Our waitress (Justice) was superb - Efficient and friendly, as well as the carver/server (Sam). A lovely pint of Dooms bar along with a complimentary G&T for downloading the App. The food wasn't on out table long enough for me to take pictures....delicious! Can recommend the sundae too. Very well presented, good price and great size.

Came to relive a childhood memory and recieved some of the best customer service. Ellie was an absolute gem, she was super efficient and friendly. Always had a smile on her face and was willing to help with any queries we had. She made our experience a lot more enjoyable and memorable. She deserves a raise! Will be definitely be coming back. Thank you for the kindness Ellie. Oh and the food was just how we remembered.

A very warm greeting as we entered for both days we had breakfast there. A credit to the company. Followed by a very nice breakfast. I thought the inclusion of yorkshire puddings and gravy was a bit strange but my daughter loved it. Would definitely use again.

ZAPATO LOUNGE REVIEWS

I absolutely love Zapato Lounge! My go to place for breakfast dates with friends (I highly recommend the Veggie breakfast). It's great for taking children when you want a break from shopping but also want to feed them something better quality than McDonald's. My boys love coming in and relaxing on the sofas. There is always a board game for them to play or a selection of pencils so they can draw. I also highly recommend visiting on Tapas Tuesday. Choose 3 plates of Tapas and get a glass of wine for £11.75, absolute bargain!!

Good selection of vegan food options on a separate menu. Food was good, and nicely presented. The service was friendly and fast, although you have to order and pay either via their web site or at the bar. (Food was delivered to the table.) Seemed a bit spendy (£29 for lunch for two, for what was essentially upscale bar food) but pretty satisfied overall.

Excellent dog friendly restaurant, the service was exceptionally good as was the food, they are part of a great chain and are all dog friendly. We love the tapas lots of small plates to pick from.

HARVESTER RIVERSIDE REVIEWS

A relatively small harvester located just inside riverside retail park which is seemingly popular. Initial greeting was positive and friendly,waiting staff also engaging and very nice and the menu provides good selection to suit most tastes with in line pricing, Small bar sits to the side providing good selection to pick from. The only very slight thing being maybe the overall service may not have been as sharp as previous encounters at other branches but everything aside, a lovely meal and experience meaning a return visit in the near future at some point .

We had a lovely meal here on Saturday lunchtime with great service. It was very busy when we arrived and the hostess was able to seat us without a reservation but did warn us that it was taking about 15/20 mins longer with service. However, the server greeted us with big smiles and great service. The salad bar was well stocked and fresh, and our main food was tasty. Would be happy to eat there again.

Just came in for some breakfast and was warmly greeted by the harvester staff. The food was pleasant and the experience overall was made better by our server Emily! She served us professionally with an infectious smile whilst also making time for light conversation.
