Staff are always polite and friendly, never feel rushed when ordering food/drinks from here and tables are always clean and ready to be used! It's a lovely quiet atmosphere, nice to sit in the back and forget about how busy the shopping centre is! My partner and I visit once or twice a week and really enjoying coming here! Might not be my favourite coffee but it's the staff and atmosphere that keep me coming back.

We almost fell into the shop when it opened early morning we expected to wait but coffee and quasant arrived no problems, we enjoy visiting this coffee bar it quite and comfortable with plenty of room for a wheelchair which is now a consideration.

My girlfriend and I LOVE it here. It's our favorite coffee in festival place and the staff are always so nice to us and really do a great job.

STARBUCKS BASINGSTOKE REVIEWS

Kudos to Starbucks Basingstoke (Houndmills), went in today and was very pleased to see how they have managed it. We were met on arrival, hand sanitizer at the door, told what to expect and how everything was being done, we were shown to a seat, everywhere was spotless and staff very friendly and helpful. Felt very safe and was lovely to meet a friend, have a cuppa and relax for half an hour. Thank you Starbucks.

Needed somewhere to work for the day as my car was in one of the local garages for a service and MOT. Staff were attentive and welcoming and I was served quickly each time I went to the counter. Lots of tables and plug sockets so working on the laptop was a doddle. Nothing bad to say, thank you.

Quite a nice tidy Starbucks with a good atmosphere. Quite a large coffee shop with a good amount of seating. Staff here are friendly and welcoming and service is pretty quick.

We often go to this Costa, as it is easily accessible for us. The staff are always nice, but we had an extremely nice and friendly experience with an employee called Jackson. From the outset he was very kind and friendly towards us, very talkative and just lovely to be served by. Thank you, Jackson!

Lovely Costa. There is ample seating (though it does sometimes get very busy like all of them do). They also have a drive through. The drinks are good, staff are efficient. I can't fault it. It's a nice place to relax, chat and have a drink.

Staff are friendly. Counters and worktop are kept clean. Tables are wiped and cleared as quickly as the staff can get to them. I would recommend the Costa drive through at the leisure centre.
