TANG CHINESE RESTAURANT REVIEWS

Well what a nice little find on an evening out with friends last night. We had the all you can eat and it was very good. Choose your dishes and they get cooked fresh and delivered to your table by a little robot. The manage/owner was a very nice guy who came over for a chat.

Highly recommended. We enjoyed salt and pepper chicken, wontons, pancake rolls, satay chicken, crispy duck, stir fried vegetables. The set meals are so filling and great value for money. The staff here were attentive and friendly. The 'robot' delivery service is great fun too.

Such a lovely restaurant and team. So friendly with a great server robot! Really good food, would come again Linda.

Saturday lunch with our family was so yummy. Male waiter was welcoming and very accommodating. Excellent service and superb food. Highly recommend. Will definitely go back again. Soon hopefully. X.

I had a really great experience at Chopstix Basingstoke. The food was delicious, freshly prepared, and served quickly, which is perfect when you’re looking for something tasty and filling. The portions were generous and the flavours were spot on. What really stood out though was the service. Manish was excellent—very friendly, polite, and attentive. He made sure everything was just right and checked in to see if we were happy with our meal. It’s always nice when staff go the extra mile, and his warm attitude made the visit even more enjoyable. Overall, great food, great atmosphere, and outstanding customer service from Manish. I’ll definitely be coming back and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a quick but high-quality meal in Festival Place.

I always have a great experience every time I visit Chopstix, and a big part of that is thanks to the amazing staff member, Girlie. She consistently provides outstanding customer service — always friendly, welcoming, and attentive. She makes every visit enjoyable with her warm attitude and genuine care. On top of that, the food is always delicious, fresh, and served promptly. Girlie is a credit to the team, and her excellent service keeps me coming back. Highly recommend!.

I’ve visited Chopstix several times since it opened in Basingstoke and I’m always satisfied. Today was no different, Manish served us and he was very friendly and polite and served us with a smile. The food was delicious and all three topping were excellent. Caramel Chicken (always a favourite), OG Chicken Curry and Sweat & Sour Chicken all spot on. Good food, a clean space to sit and enjoy your meal and the friendly staff will keep me coming back.
