I recently bought a mango birthday cake from this delightful cake shop, and it exceeded all expectations! The cake was incredibly moist, and the mango flavor was both rich and refreshing. The decoration was beautifully done, and the attention to detail showcased the skill of the talented bakers. It was a hit at the birthday party, and I received numerous compliments on the cake. I highly recommend this cake shop for anyone looking for a delicious and visually stunning treat!

I'm convinced the only reason they are not sold out by midday is not everyone knows they are here, this is the BEST cake shop in Basingstoke! I went in on Monday sad, and they had no cheesecake, until I mentioned cheesecake, and then they magicked me up a cheesecake and it was perfect. Just perfect.

The lady that served us was an absolute super star! The cakes looked incredible and £35 for an egg free cake is a dream! I look forward to the next birthday we have when I will be buying a full cake not just a slice!!! The free cupcake for signing up for the cake club was a fabulous added bonus too. THANK YOU!

Wow! What can I say Laura makes the MOST AMAZING cakes. I have attached pictures of just the ones from this year. Nothing is impossible for her and the detail in every cake is just out of this world. She is also a lovely lovely lady that makes getting cakes sorted the easiest job. I just give her a theme and trust her to make it because I know it will be amazing. I cannot say a bad word about Laura and the business as a whole. I will never use anyone else for cakes now. The added bonus - they taste just as amazing as they look!

I trusted Laura with my daughters 1st birthday cake, and oh my goodness what a wonderful job she did it was exactly what I wanted and more. I wanted a cake that we would never forget and she did an amazing job. It made my daughters 1st birthday so special, I would highly recommend this talented lady will definitely be ordering from her in the future. X

My wife chose Laura to make our wedding cake and it was incredible - it’s looked stunning and tasted amazing. She also made a surprise birthday cake for me which incorporated some of my favourite things...it was amazing! Highly recommend Sugar Spice Cakes, would definitely order from them again. I ordered a Christening cake for my Nephews Christening, not only was it stunning but was completely delicious. From start to finish Lizzy helped me design the cake with ideas and sketches and I picked exactly the flavours i wanted. We had chocolate sponge with chocolate ganache and salted caramel! I’ve had endless messages to say how beautiful and delicious the cake was! Will definitely be ordering again for any future events !

I ordered some cupcakes for my daughters birthday. They were delicious, we went with the ones with caramel in the middle. They were enjoyed by the adults and children. We asked for galaxy themed icing and they turned out beautifully. Thank you again.

Lizzie produced this excellent Garfield cake after doing research into possible designs, and consulting with us. She was extremely responsive in her emails, and amazingly accommodating in my specific delivery requests. The recipient was thrilled with the cake, and almost couldn't bear to cut into it! Highly recommended.
