Despite Katie being on her own in a busy coffee shop due to colleagues being ill and her manager not being about, Katie was still doing an amazing job and was polite and courteous. Big up and thank you to Katie, what an asset to the company!

Staff are wonderful. Hot chocolate is always delicious. I would like almond milk on the menu. As there aren't alot of alternative milks. Always clean and welcoming. Inside and outside is always a comfortable dining area.

Called in for a coffee and Sicilian Lemon Muffin. The server accidentally knocked my coffee over which splashed on well is splash on my glasses (No Harm done) immediately apologized made a new one and comped it for me.

1st time we had a meal at this place after hearing so much about it. I missed the road initially but found the road with the cafe hidden away in an amazing location. The food was spot on! Service was good too, very friendly staff. Nice to see dogs allowed in. Great atmosphere and a lovely view of the Tees. Definitely going again. There's not many places that I've given a 5 star review.

Good food, plenty of choice, good coffee, good location. Not a huge wait for your order either. A real hidden gem. It would be fab if there was some outdoor seating for the summer.

The English breakfast was indeed as everyone on here said - very nice. I have never been able to eat black pudding as I didn't like the way it looks like, and yet in this place I was able to eat it and it was very nice.

Exceptional quality coffee at this establishment either sitting inside enjoying the views or grabbing a quick drive through your perfect coffee awaits you also they sell the beans whole or grinded to make your perfect coffee at home highly recommend you to try if you already haven't.

We had a great experience here with our puppy for his first outing. We ordered hot chocolate, a mocca and a pupaccino. Great staff, great service. Toilets we're clean. An overall great experience. Will definitely be returning soon.

First visit on day 1,super friendly staff who all seem so excited for the opening of this new Starbucks. Can see this place being very busy love it already! Super excited to have a Starbucks just down the road from my house.
