The restaurant was busy when we arrived and were glad we'd made a reservation. We received a warm welcome and were soon shown to our table and were offered poppadoms and accompaniments. We ordered a bottle of merlot, very good and went well with our food. We ordered Tandoori smoked duck and onion bhajis to start, followed by molee lamb and goanese chicken curry, with mushroom and coconut rice. All courses were well presented by the friendly waiting staff and were delicious. Thanks to Chetan and Ankita for looking after us so well!

A lovely and delicious restaurant. The service and presentation were excellent. The portions of the food are also really good. Wanted to try something new, and we had the chicken Goan curry and butter chicken curry, which was creamy and spicy for the former. Both were delicious and did not disappoint. I will definitely be going again.

The ambiance is inviting and elegant, with just the right balance of sophistication and comfort. The menu offers a fantastic range of Indian dishes, from traditional favorites to more creative options. Every dish we tried was perfectly cooked and bursting with authentic flavors. The butter chicken was rich and creamy, and the lamb biryani was fragrant and tender. I also appreciated the chef’s willingness to customize the spice levels to our liking.

This was one of my first experiences with Indian food and I definitely don't regret choosing this place for it. Choice might be a little overwhelming if you're not familiar with all types of food on the menu but you can always ask friendly and helpful staff to tell you a little more about the dish. Curry was beautifully, I really loved it - it was seasoned nicely, spice was also there and it ended up being much more than I have expected. I will be definitely coming back to try different curries, this place made me absolutely adore Indian cuisine. Recommend lots :)

First time coming here, definitely won’t be the last. Food was delicious and beautifully presented. The photos I took don’t do it justice. Great deal as well 4 courses for £16 on Sundays (and Wednesdays I believe) which includes poppadoms and a variety of dips, starter, main and either naan bread or rice. Very nicely decorated inside as well with lots of attention to detail.

Really delicious food. Very surprised by complexity of the taste. I would say this place rivals and arguably surpasses Vadah in Stockton. Extremely impressed.

Went here tonight with the family for my daughter’s birthday. The food was absolutely delicious. I had chicken jalfrezi with garlic rice, gorgeous! Everyone enjoyed their meal and the portions were great. The staff were all so friendly and the restaurant has a lovely atmosphere. We all have agreed we will go back regularly. Definitely 10/10.
