Amber made our wedding cake in May of this year and it was fantastic. She listened carefully to our requests for a 2-tiered wedding cake with a selection of cupcakes in varying flavours. On our wedding day, she discretely set it all up and it looked incredible! More than just looking incredible, the cakes were absolutely delicious and our guests were thoroughly impressed by how tasty the different flavours were. My favourite was the honey and pistachio. I will definitely be getting in contact with Amber for a birthday cake in the near future. Thank you so much for everything Amber, you are the best! I would highly recommend! Lizzie.

Amber did a brilliant job creating exactly what we wanted for our wedding cake! Three tiers with carrot, vanilla and lemon. It not only looked incredible but tasted amazing too - we had many guests tell us how delicious it was. We also went dairy free as a few of our guests were dairy intolerant, and you couldn't tell! If you're looking for a high quality cake for a special event, we couldn't recommend Amber more highly. Thanks Amber!!

Amber made our wedding cake in September. It was everything we asked for and more. We had a idea of what we wanted and when we spoke to Amber she understand everything and suggested things to go with it. Everyone said how delicious it was. Any question we had no matter how small Amber replied very quickly. We wanted to change a flavour of one of our tiers this was done so quickly. We'll definitely be using Amber as our regular cake maker. Thank you so much.

My favourite cake shop ever, even my little girl talks about the `pink shop’ so much so she can’t wait to visit for her Halloween afternoon tea with her auntie. Had many cakes from there and always been amazing. Staff are friendly and helpful. Can’t wait to visit again soon xx

I've had afternoon tea here a couple of times now and just WOW! The cakes are amazing and the cute little details in the afternoon tea like the heart shaped spoons and overall aesthetic of the shops is just beautiful and pink! Will definitely be coming back again to enjoy xx

My teen daughter and her friends had a lovely afternoon tea at Loades of Cakes as a birthday treat. They loved the selection and had to bring some home it was so generous! Delicious cakes and bakes, and a great asset to Ramsey.

The best ever cakes. Both Mill St Cambridge and St Ives shops are superb. The Christmas Market in St Ives, had a wonderful stall from Tom's cakes and we bought a lot from the stall, all the festive goodies were delicious. It is the very best cake shop all the cakes are well made. I have sampled many and can recommend Hummingbird, Victoria Sandwich, Lime and Blueberry the flavours are awesome!!! Keep it up Tom you outshine everyone.

Called into the Somersham bakery to buy some of your ginger biscuits. I ended up buying large jammy dodgers, an orange and carrot loaf and some cheese scones. Three hours later I had tried all three! So had my family. Absolutely delicious and exceptional baking. Wish I lived closer. I have been a customer several times at the St Ives shop and love it there too.

Wish I could give more than five stars!!! Tom and his team create the most wonderful cakes and everybody is so friendly and helpful. We've been customers from the very beginning and can't praise them enough.
