THE ROYAL SPICELAND REVIEWS

We had a lovely meal at The Royal Spiceland in Sawtry. All the food was hot, well-cooked, and full of authentic Indian flavours. There was an impressive variety to choose from, and everything was covered with lids to keep it fresh, hot, and hygienic—no chance of anything going cold or attracting flies, which we really appreciated. The selection was generous, and the hot dishes in particular were absolutely delicious. The only small improvements we’d suggest would be the addition of warm plates to keep the food hot while dining, and perhaps a few more dessert options. Overall, it was a very enjoyable meal with excellent quality and variety. We’ll definitely be returning!

I highly recommend this Indian and Asian restaurant. The atmosphere was pleasant and the staff were very friendly and accommodating. I was delighted with the variety of dishes available and the quality of the food was excellent. I would definitely come back and recommend it to family and friends.

This place is a genuine find! Just brilliant - they even cooked a few dishes that weren't already on the menu for us just because we mentioned them. A secret no longer!

I never actually write reviews but I’d like to start here with Darjeeling. I’m working away here in Huntingdon and visit this curry house religiously every Wednesday with the work lads ; And I have to say I have not had a bad curry yet! Absolutely amazing every time and at such a great price too. Would highly recommend to anyone who lives or visit locally. Bosh

I used to eat here back in 2009 then I moved away for a while. Was quite pleased to return and see the restaurant is still here. Great food and great service!! Will definitely return.

This was my first time in Huntingdon and Teh Darjeeling was recommended to me by a colleague. I am glad I went. It was the best Indian I have had in my 4 years in the UK. The Nan bread was so soft and fluffy and the Phall was deliciously spicy. I highly recommend.

Been to this restaurant tonight, and was greeted with a very friendly welcome as always. Food superb as usual, reasonably priced, with staff very attentive. Would highly recommend this restaurant. We'll be back :)

Absolutely first-class. The food is consistently amazing, always cooked to perfection and the service is excellent. The price is slightly higher than other local restaurants but for the quality you get, it's soooooo worth it. Highly recommended.

This place is a must. Excellent food. They apologised when we paid the bill about the service, due to staff shortage, well the staff they had pulled out all the stops as the service was excellent. Its a lovely warm and friendly restaurant and will definitely return.
