Another year, another cake! We get our sons cake here every year, the same as my parents did all of my childhood and they never disappoint! They’re always so friendly and help point you in the right direction if you’re struggling to pick a design. They never try to sell you more than what you’ve gone in for and there’s never any hidden costs. We’d never go anywhere else.

I really wanted to do a gender reveal gathering and have the cake be the reveal. I went in with my envelope and they were more than helpful in sorting the cake. The kept it a secret throughout the order. It made the gender reveal so special genuinely not having a clue. Thank you so much. It’s a memory Il cherish forever.

Ordered a last minute cake (2 days before I needed it) due to being a very disorganised Mum! Cake was beautiful as always really light and fluffy sponge and the red/black ninja theme was fabulous. Have had many cakes over the years and when collecting the shop is always busy.

I’ve never seen such a big drink menu, and every single drink I’ve had did not disappoint. Came here alone, with my little brother, and with friends, and I must say it is suitable for any audience. The staff are super friendly and welcoming and the cafe itself has a very cute and cosy vibe. This must be my favourite cafe in Swansea as I just keep coming back.

I absolutely love this place! the food is delicious - I especially love the homemade focaccia and macaroons! the staff are always polite and friendly. The banana and biscoff milkshake is amazing. I have also ordered delivery from here and the food is always served hot and packaged really nicely. 10/10 would recommend.

Excellent flat white coffee and delicious lemon tart. Service excellent and reasonable prices.

I used their click and collected service for someone living 300miles away from me but accidentally ordered the collection for the wrong day. When she went to collect the cake from the Swansea store, the shop assistant realised my error and still arranged for her to receive the correct order when she arrived instead of having to return another day. Thank you so much to cake box for sorting this out. She said the cupcakes tasted great (although the icing was very sweet).

Last week I ordered a cake at short notice for a friend's birthday. It looked fantastic and tasted fantastic, and the friendly, attentive customer service was impeccable. The Swansea Cake Box team take pride in their work, deliver excellent quality products with the minimum of fuss and do it with a smile. Very, very highly recommended.

Wow just brilliant! Raj was superb my delivery through Ubereats never arrived and she went above and beyond to get my surprise birthday cake delivered. Thank you Raj! Your service was just phenomenal.
