Came out for my birthday meal with my family. I Would just like to say that Sue was amazing. Her customer service was top notch. She made us feel as though we were at home. I will definitely be coming back here and will defo recommend this place to family & friends. Thank you so much Sue, you gave that extra touch and made my special day even more special.

We had booked for 6pm for 6 people, but we (2) arrived super early 5pm, no issue seating us with drinks whilst we waited for the rest of our party to arrive. Our server was Charlotte and honestly she really went the extra mile to ensure we had everything we needed and our dining experience was top notch. She was professional yet personable, quick and efficient without looking flustered. Whilst covering a number of tables. Thank you, we shall come again for great service and food.

My recent dining experience at Miller & Carter was nothing short of extraordinary, and it was all thanks to Sue, our exceptional server. From the moment we walked in, Sue's warm welcome and impeccable attention to detail set the tone for an unforgettable occasion. We indulged in the Butcher's Block, a feast that can only be described as a culinary masterpiece. Every bite was a testament to the quality and skill that Miller & Carter are renowned for. The selection of steaks was cooked to perfection, each cut more tender and flavorful than the last. The presentation was stunning, making the meal as visually appealing as it was delicious. Sue's expertise and passion for her work shone throughout our meal. She guided us through the menu with finesse, answering our questions with genuine enthusiasm. Booked a table before we arrived in Swansea on our holiday. We had originally booked for 4.45pm on the daytime menu but as we were around Prinxe Of Wales Dock earlier than that we called in on the off chance and although we were 45 minutes early they were OK with that. We were served by Ann who was friendly & welcoming. The daytime menu is a 3 course for £12.95 or 2 course for £10.95 and there is plenty of choice. The deal finishes at 5pm. Eash course arrived hot & delicious. If I were you I would consider this deal if you go, as a bit later it would cost a lot more for the same meal. I would highly recommend this Beefeater, although there is a lot of work going on around it that may put you off, please don't let it, as the food & service are top quality. I gave 3 for atmosphere due to it being a very quiet weekday.

Our food was beautiful! I had lasagna and my partner had the mushroom tower! There was a good selection of vegetarian meals to choose from on the menus. Our servers were also fantastic! Enthusiastic and smiling throughout! No complaints from us.

Had a lovely early evening meal here tonight. Our steak dishes were lovely. The staff could not have been more attentive and so kind( even accommodated my need for a comfortable seat with no questions asked and even rang me back to say I didn't need to bring a cushion). I cannot recommend this highly enough.

Really enjoyed the hot tasty meal off the specials board with great cheerful service. The food was really hot and we did not have to wait too long.

Beautiful atmosphere, friendly staff , lovely food , pre birthday lunch , had sirloin steak with chips , blue cheese sauce , scampi , chocolate fudge cake with custard , caramel latte to finish off lovely meal . All the staffs was cheerful, friendly and polite , service was quick and food super fresh and delicious , highly recommend this place for steak and good service and good value for money .. thank you to all the team members for lovely pre birthday meal to remember . Will come again.
