I must say Bavarian is one of the best dealers in this business . Purchased our first car 520i from bavarian and I am absolutely glad that I found the right deal after months of long search. Gary Adis and Nadhiya, delivered high quality assistance throughout the process of application and delivered the keys along with a bunch of flowers. I would highly recommend both of them as they are the best in their excellence. Once again thank you Gary and Nadhiya.

I had a phenomenal experience at Bavarian BMW with Gary Blakely as my sales rep. He was honest, straightforward, and incredibly helpful, never making me feel pressured. Gary was highly knowledgeable about the process of importing to the south, where I’m based. I would definitely recommend Gary—he’s super knowledgeable about this. Even though I live 400 km away, I’m considering returning for service and maintenance. Everyone was so friendly that even my father, who had no interest in buying a car, is now talking about getting his next one from Bavarian!

My 3 series was in for a recall today 4/7. Very friendly reception staff took me to service dept- Chris attended to me and he's a gentleman. The entire outfit is efficient and very professional, yet strikes a great balance with maintaining a friendly and welcoming atmosphere- down to complementary coffee! Thank you again- Eámonn

I bought a Passat from Agnew VW back in June. As always with the Agnew group, the service was outstanding and the whole process was a pleasure - relaxing and free of the stereotypical sales tactics that come with buying cars elsewhere. Keith was looking after me, a gentleman, down to earth, good craic, knew his stuff and sorted me out. Very happy dealing with Keith and the overall experience at Agnew VW Boucher. I also spoke with another fella regarding the finance, I think his name is Damien, again, dead on, explained everything and answered my questions.

I cannot recommend Keith enough! First class service, genuinely couldn't do enough to assist me and I couldn't ask for more! So accommodating and hands down the most enjoyable car buying experience I've ever had! Was so lovely not to feel pressured into purchasing a car and feeling as though they care about what's right for you! Once again, thank you Keith!

I recently collect my new e3008 from Charles Hurst Peugeot, Belfast. Of all the previous car dealers I have dealt with, this was, by far, the best experience I have had. From the first moment I called in to see the new vehicle to the day I collected it, the whole experience was excellent. The member of staff, Jennifer, was totally amazing. She made me feel welcome in the branch and I felt so comfortable talking with her. She is, without a doubt, a true asset to Charles Hurst.

Took my vehicle in for its first service. Dropped it off and waited for it to be completed. Whilst there I was offered tea, coffee or a bottled water. Staff very pleasant and informative kept up to date during wait is too length of time waiting and car cleaned at end of service. Visit was quick and customer service was excellent.

Brilliant service...quick and informative. Lewis was brilliant keeping me posted and explaining everything clearly. Can't fault Charles Hurst. Delighted with my new wheels. Fab deal.
