I got my engagement ring from here which I just love so much, so I went in to pick a wedding/eternity ring. I was helped by Martine Hines and oh my goodness what a laugh did we have. She was just the best, so helpful, so patient and such a lovely lady. I would 100% recommend this place and it will always have a firm place in my core memories.

Bought both my engagement and wedding rings from Claire G in Lunns arcade Belfast and couldn’t recommend her enough, fabulous service from the moment you enter the doorman is so polite and welcoming, to Claire offering me tea coffee champagne and chocolates. Lovely service as always with the team. I sent my engagement and wedding rings in to be resized and to purchase an eternity ring. The team let me try on as many as I wished to find the perfect one to add and compliment my existing rings. I was kept informed as to the status of the resizing and when to expect all my rings back. When I went to pick them up it was a really happy experience and a joy to finally be able to wear my rings again with the wonderful new addition. I wouldn't go anywhere else for rings as you always provide a professional friendly service.

My fiancé and I came to Gardiner Brothers for our engagement ring after a negative experience with another jeweller. We were given so much time to look at and try on various designs and to ask questions. They designed a custom ring for me, and kept me updated on the process. We were never left with any doubts as to timings, which made the wait so manageable. I am absolutely delighted with my forever ring and we can’t wait to return to choose our wedding bands.

I was given a pair of gold diamond earrings from my husband for Christmas. Unfortunately two years later I lost one. I enquired from the jewellers they were bought from to see if I could buy a single earring. I was offered to buy a ring and for it to be made into an earring or change my own earring to a necklace. As Gardiner Brothers would be my only go to jeweller anyway I enquired the same of them. Gardiner Brothers were able to get a replacement earring and recommended a better back to ensure I don’t lose one again. I can’t tell which is the new one. Can you? I wouldn’t go anywhere else for good friendly helpful customer service, value and choice of jewellery. Roll on this Christmas!!
