Extremely pleased with the service and quality of the furniture. Oisin in the Ravenhill store was unbelievably helpful and knowledgeable. We were in store today looking for a new mattress. Mark was extremely knowledgeable and listened to our needs. He showed us a range of products that would meet them and then gave us time alone to consider our options. Mark guided and supported us in a way that made buying the mattress a pleasure. The price was excellent and we got exactly what we were looking for. Left the store feeling very pleased and can't wait for the mattress to arrive. A great store with so many beautiful pieces of furniture. We will definately be back for our next piece of furniture when the time comes.

Went in to look at mattresses today. Jonny was super helpful - really knowledgeable & helped explain all the jargon. Having a look turned into a sale! I've bought from EZ a number of times & their service is always great with good pricing. Definitely be back, thanks guy!

Jonny at the Boucher Road store was so helpful and friendly when we were looking for bedside tables and drawers. The store was so lovely to walk around with so many interior design ideas. We are so pleased with our purchases!

The customer service in this place is fantastic, after a slight problem with my table and chairs (wrong screws) Paul kept in contact and rectified it the next day and even refunded the price for assembly. Great service and great quality furniture. Would definitely recommend.

Great selection of sofas, mirrors and other beautiful interiors. The staff are very helpful and nothing is to much for them, orderd a new sofa and the process was straight forward.

The staff member helped us immediately on entering the shop recommended a bed and we purchased it. Quick easy and great value.
