I was in the Belfast store this afternoon with my 2 year old to buy a pair of Vans. Apologies if I misheard him but I believe the man who served us was called Corey (he introduced himself to my daughter before measuring her feet which I thought was a nice touch) He went on to explain where and how to stand and for a young guy was incredibley professional and thorough. He was able to advise the different styles and fits and waited nearby while we made our selection. He seemed to be the only server when the shop was pretty busy but his service even at the till point was fantastic. Rarely leave reviews but I left thoroughly impressed and would like to see him recognised.

Arrived 20 minutes before closing in a desperate search for shoes for my daughter. Managed to get her fitted with a reasonably priced pair of trainers well before closing time by a very helpful member of staff who gave us info on trading in the old pair of trainers.

I was in this store last Saturday in the castlecourt city centre. Myself and my daughter were served by Christian who was very knowledgable about the few trainers we were interested in, and very helpful. We left with a purchase and had a really good experience. So a big thankyou to Christian.

Brought our little boy in today for his first shoes. Girl upstairs was so helpful, she measured his feet and was really good with him. Nothing was too much bother. Met new manager on the way out (downstairs) She was lovely, made sure we had a great experience and had a quick chat. Honestly not somewhere I'd usually of went but ill definitely be back, staff were soo friendly, shoes were well priced and seem really comfy for him.

I bought boots for me and my wife during black friday sale, the staff is very friendly and served us well, we also get good discount during sale, regarding product I loved my boots and they are super comfortable and trendy. I travel alot and keep posting interesing stuff, you can follow me on instagram at traveller_tiwari.

I visited this store today and was served by the manager. She was extremely helpful and pleasant throughout and nothing was too much bother. Delighted with my purchase, thank you.

Was in sat 31st August, I had bought a pair of the mules in England but they broke after 3 months. I thought customer services online would help but they were useless and said I needed to go in store but issue is I couldn’t find the receipt. I felt like I had £100 shoes with no one to help. However I went into the Belfast store and Lara was able to find my OG reciept and I was able to get an exchange! She was very helpful and I’m. So glad it got sorted. Really appreciated!!! Thanks Lara.

Thee best service! Lara was amazing, helped me find the perfect size and gave really helpful advice/recommendation for care for my new boots! Can’t recommend going into the store more as it’s worth it to get the right fit, advice and customer service! 10/10!!

The staff are so friendly. Gavin was exceptional, so friendly, helpful and gave some great recommendations of what to see in Belfast. He was super. Also helped that I found, yet another, pair of DM’s to purchase. It’s a great store.
