3 Best Shoe Shops in Belfast, UK

Brought our little boy in today for his first shoes. Girl upstairs was so helpful, she measured his feet and was really good with him. Nothing was too much bother. Met new manager on the way out (downstairs) She was lovely, made sure we had a great experience and had a quick chat. Honestly not somewhere I'd usually of went but ill definitely be back, staff were soo friendly, shoes were well priced and seem really comfy for him.

I bought boots for me and my wife during black friday sale, the staff is very friendly and served us well, we also get good discount during sale, regarding product I loved my boots and they are super comfortable and trendy. Was in sat 31st August, I had bought a pair of the mules in England but they broke after 3 months. I thought customer services online would help but they were useless and said I needed to go in store but issue is I couldn’t find the receipt. I felt like I had £100 shoes with no one to help. However I went into the Belfast store and Lara was able to find my OG reciept and I was able to get an exchange! She was very helpful and I’m. So glad it got sorted. Really appreciated!!! Thee best service! Lara was amazing, helped me find the perfect size and gave really helpful advice/recommendation for care for my new boots! Can’t recommend going into the store more as it’s worth it to get the right fit, advice and customer service! 10/10!!

The staff are so friendly. Gavin was exceptional, so friendly, helpful and gave some great recommendations of what to see in Belfast. He was super. Also helped that I found, yet another, pair of DM’s to purchase. It’s a great store.
