Fantastic experience with Lookers Ford Leeds. We spent months on end looking for a particular spec BMW 320D Touring which had to be in tip top condition… we came across this dealership and Taz the Sales Manager took on the challenge and sourced the exact model we wanted within a week! It had everything we wanted with a few extra gadgets and was in fantastic condition! Raheem was our sales agent who provided us with regular updates and videos of our car (he even factored in my work, using other forms of contact to keep me updated). Nothing was too much trouble for him. Upon collection, the car was presented immaculately. The staff were really friendly and welcomed my family with warmth and made the entire experience memorable. A very smooth and pleasant experience.

I would like say thank you to Lookers of Leeds used car department for their excellent customer service. The purchase of my new car was smooth and fluid and the salesman, Matthew cam in on his day off to hand over the car. Personal touches will always bring the customer in the future. I Recommend vantage Toyota Leeds they are very friendly and very helpful staff . I’ve been servicing my car last four years over there. I never had a problem there. I also bought the car last week I was very happy from start to finish especially Mr. Imran very Professional friendly and Helpful when you going there normally everyone ask you are you okay? Do you like a coffee or tea that mean they care about their customers.

Akaib and the team provided excellent service. A laid-back approach to car sales no real pressure and In my opinion, that’s just how you should sell cars. Let the car do the sales. He and the team were really flexible with regards to the time that I could collect the car, given that I was on holiday shortly after purchase. All really good communications / emails. Any remedial work that was agreed to be carried out was carried out. Highly recommend this Garage and Team.

Chris the motability specialist was absolutely superb. He dealt with us in the most professional and courteous manner. He sorted all our paperwork out when ordering the car. He also handed the car over on delivery day and went through all the functions. Nothing was too much trouble. The other members of staff we kind and caring especially towards our disabled son who loves cars. Fantastic service. No need to look elsewhere, go to Evans Halshaw Hyundai.
