I could not recommend this place more! I had a vet tell me I needed to get a special food for my dog. We came here and were clueless on what exactly we needed. I asked the a staff mamber (young lass) and she bend over backwards to help find the right food for us after asking about our pet. She really was brilliant with her knowledge of brands and how they are made.

The worker was so kind, we wanted to get some fish but we didnt know what food to get. They were great, they told us everything we needed and they said what the best amount of fish to get for the begining of the tank! I recommend them if you want fish!

Everything for the pet owner, with a wide range of items for many different pet types. A wide price range, from reasonably inexpensive upwards.

Just had the most amazing experience at Jollyes. Both employees were absolutely fantastic. Purchased a variety of plants some Cory's, rummy nose tetras and everything was perfect. Customer service was 10/10, prices are fantastic, shop clean. Probably the best experience customer service wise I have had in a long time. This company should be proud to have employees like this. Well done, thank you and keep doing what you are doing.

Been in today for a cone for my dog and a potential treatment to help with a cut . The gentlemen who dealt with my questions was brilliant. Very polite and full of knowledge. Thank you.

Really helpful and friendly staff and have everything you could need for your pets and are reasonably priced, won't go anywhere else for my pet stuff.

Purchased a hamster from here, and had a wonderful experience. I had reserved my hamster a few days prior, no problems, and paid for a cage and accessories to ensure my hamster had everything it needed. Picked up a few days later, amazing! I also have purchased a few toys and dog treats for my dogs, and they loved them. The staff are incredible, great pet shop, definitely recommend.

Staff are always happy to help you find everything you need. Great range of small animal products to choose from and great advice from staff!

Friendly and knowledgeable staff who are always happy to help and seem to really prioritise animal welfare. The store itself has lots of good stock for a range of animals.
