We were looking to purchase two wedding bands and were served by David. The customer service was very welcoming right from the start and David was very attentive in listening to our requests and due to this, we found the right ones almost immediately. Thank you very much!

Enoch at White Rose has a bright future at H Samuel. Enoch was extremely polite, helpful and helped me pick out the perfect watch. Enoch very gently helped me with the watch strap and even removed extra links, a few at a time, which meant 3 separate trips to the back room, until he had the perfect fit for me. Enoch explained the repair/replace policy of the store, helped me buy the extra insurance policy I wanted and made me feel like a valued customer. Enoch is a trainee and is already very good at his job. I can highly recommend him, both to his employer and to other customers. Thank you Enoch.

We had the most amazing service from Megan least night at the Leeds White Rose shopping centre. Megan was brilliant, so kind and caring. Thank you so much for everything and giving really lovely and personable service.

These guys are brilliant! Was struggling to find an affordable re wire of some jewellery of mine but hymans pulled through and created two gorgeous bracelets for my partners birthday with only a weeks notice. Would recommend 10/10

Undoubtedly the best jewellers in Leeds and by far the nicest and most accommodating guys about been going here for years and hindered them to no end with ridiculous requests and questions but always met with a smile would highly recommend them just on that merit not to mention they probably have the best prices for jewellery in Yorkshire and they are a working jewellers who pay close attention to detail and always do a 10/10 job. Thank you guys you are the best

Amazing service! I had given up finding a replacement for a lost golden hoop earring, tried so many places and shops but was unable to find a matching single hoop. Even though I wasn't planning to buy a set, they gave me full attention and Ieft the store happy for being able to find a **perfect and exact** match to my golden hoop!! They polished both (new and old) earrings and nobody can tell the difference, so it looks like I never lost the original one. Price was honest and the service was great! I fully recommend
