Great shop , a wide range of good quality furniture. Great service. Pratts , we will use you again & recommend to others . My family & I from London visited your store this weekend looking to buy some furniture . I would like to commend Andy , Alan , David & Julie on their excellent customer care. They were welcoming with smiles , showing willingness & interest in attending to us . They were polite , offered us drinks which were welcome as we had been in the shop a long time . One aspect stood out : they took time to really understand what we wanted , showed us a range of furniture outlining key features and were not pushy trying to selling us anything before we were ready . They explained things & answered our questions well & honestly . I feel they are a credit to your shop.

What an amazing furniture store. Very helpful and Jayne was very happy to visit us at home to help with interior design. Our whole house looks totally different and has been re modelled. Thank you Jayne going above and beyond.

If you are after quality furniture, a great choice and friendly staff look at what Millhouse furniture have to offer. After not being able to find a suite we liked at the ‘mainstream’ retailers we called at Millhouse on recommendation. The choice of furniture was really good and all the staff were friendly and helpful. We were advised by Bethan who excellent. She answered all our questions and advised us in an impartial and informed way, she wasn’t pushy and didn’t rush us - she gave the impression she really liked her job, which was re-assuring. We bought a suite and it was delivered today, on time. All in all I couldn’t fault anything about the whole experience and would recommend to anyone.

Fabulous range of products, for all tastes and budget. Great help and advice with regards to style and colour. No high pressures sales, very relaxed approach. Thank you Lewis, Jane and the rest of the team for making purchasing our furniture a pleasurable afternoon.

Bea was fantastic with us, they could have done no more to mix and match fabrics style colours. She was so enthusiastic and helped us find the perfect fit for us - would highly recommend.

A great experience. No pressure and excellent advice/service in the shop. The delivery lead time was very short ; on the day they turned up exactly at the time promised and were in and out within 7 minutes. I highly recommend this shop.

Visited looking for recliner chair excellent showroom David who served us was very knowledgeable and we found one we liked so thinking about going back after we have looked at the competition.

Nice selection of suites and friendly knowledgable staff .I love that it is a local family owned business. There was no hard sell just expert advice.
