I recently dealt with Dave Ramsay after ordering a Kia Sportage, he was very knowledgeable about the vehicles including what may appeal to me, let's say he is a seasoned motor vehicle expert as well as great sales man, his approach was purely based on his knowledge of the product, his ability to communicate effectively while making me aware of all pros and cons associated with my vehicle choices. It didn't take long for me to select my required vehicle and I chose not to do a test drive because Dave ensured I was at ease with his authenticity, calm approach and most importantly his knowledge of all technical and functionalities of the vehicles. If you are looking for a salesman who is knowledgeable, patient, pleasant to talk to and ask questions, professional as well as ensuring you are updated on the progress of your transaction , Dave Ramsay is my preferred recommendation based on my recent dealings with him.

We have done our MOT service here. This is a busy center which has customer parking inside. A pre-booked appointment is mandatory. This center has a waiting area with a small pantry setup and Toilet facility. The staff is very polite and friendly. Notification is sent to your registered mobile at the start of the service and after it is completed with a video attached. Totally satisfied with the service.

Bought my Kia Sportage from Kieron at Arnold Clark. Absolutely delighted with the car. Great price and so easy to trade mine in. Got a good price too. Kieron was a lovely young man, very professional and not a typical pushy car salesperson. Nothing was too much trouble. A credit to the team. I would highly recommend Arnold Clark Liverpool for your next car.

I brought my car in early in the hope of having the diagnostic tests run and completed by lunchtime. Paul Moor, Technical Advisor, assisted me on this visit. Everything was completed in good time and the report produced. I couldn't have asked much more really. Professional, friendly and efficient service provided as per norm for this garage.

We had the pleasure of dealing with Kailey whilst looking for a new car at Mercedes. Service was brilliant, she was so helpful, answering our many queries and nothing seemed too much. Kailey arranged for a test drive whilst we visited the showroom on the day which was great. Customer service wasn't pushy but really helped us find the best deal for our new car. Thank you!
