First time purchasing from H Samuel’s and it was honestly a great reminder why shopping in store is always better than online. The service, the personal touch, and the experience were all top notch. Mason helped me around all my queries buying my first Garmin watch and moving away from Apple Watch. He was honestly impeccable, genuinely helpful, 0% salesy and helped me get such an insane deal on my watch that I couldn’t believe was even possible. Great conversations, impossible deal, and lovely staff. Delighted.

Fantastic service , we went in for a walk in ear piercing and a friendly man booked us in for an hour later . Then back and the lady called Liv did it and she was absolutely outstanding , such care and professionalism. Over and above the service levels we have had for a long time anywhere and I am a business owner so very picky and high expectations. A lovely caring lady thankyo.

Had my ears pierced by Tom. What a lovely guy! I wasn't scared but if you were he would really put you at ease. Very easy to talk to. Made sure I was happy with the position in relation to my other piercings. Nothing was too much trouble.

Loved my shopping experience in Wongs. I’ve been using this jewellers for over 20 years and this trip was to buy a 20th anniversary ring. Tracey was great showing me lots of ideas as I wasn’t fixed on what I wanted for the ring. Nothing is too much trouble and as Wongs designed and made my wedding set I knew they could make anything I wanted. Tracey emailed me my favourites to think about and the next week we returned and I decided on a beautiful ring that I’d tried on the previous week. Emma and the jeweller in the workshop were all great. Thanks again Wongs I love my new Toi et Moi diamonds.

Absolutely amazing experience from start to finish, I upgraded my engagement ring and the moment I entered Wongs I felt welcomed. I was helped by Murtuza whom is amazing and helped me pick out my ring from start to finish and was fantastic in all his advice! Murtuza exceeded his customer service and is a credit to Wongs!!!!!!! I would never use another jewellers again! Pictures don’t do this ring justice it’s amazing.

We were served today by Zoe when celebrating our 35th Wedding Anniversary. Zoe made our visit special as she helped pick a special charm to match my Pandora necklace my husband was buying to commemorate our special day. Nothing was too much trouble and she cleaned and rearranged my charms for me. Really lovely lady and an absolute credit to Pandora with her warm conversation and personality . Pandora look after this one she is special.

I experienced excellent customer service from Shannon Rose. She listened to what I wanted to purchase, and was very helpful and friendly making my decision. Shannon went above and beyond my expectations regarding an issue with an older piece of pandora jewellery that I didn't expect. The best customer service I have ever had.

Visited the store today to exchange safety chains I had purchased for my daughters bracelets and to buy new charms. Krystal was so informative and patient with us, she went out of her way to help us. My daughter couldn’t decide but we didn’t feel rushed at all by Krystal and she said she just wanted us to leave the store happy with what we had chosen. Her customer service was outstanding and she was so lovely and polite.
